Got told when making a will call, that they had my parts available I even asked people to doublecheck and instead when I arrive, I get offered completely different parts buy a man with a nose piercing that I do not need, and in the electrical world specifics do matter. I really don’t know why they had me waste gas to upsell me on something completely different that I didn’t need it’s extremely rude, time-consuming and unprofessional instead of making it right or actually ordering the parts. I just get a big old “SORRY” when in actuality it really would’ve been nice if they have checked their parts ahead of time like they said instead of telling a lie on the phone.

Just wanted to leave a quick review because I feel like sometimes businesses don’t get enough credit for their customer service skills. But today there’s a guy in the office who went above and beyond and was very patient with me even though I had to come back about five times. David was amazing his knowledge, his patience and his great attitude are everything and what a business should be. Can’t say enough great things about my experience with CES today. Thank you, David

The only employee there after hanging up the phone make bad comments about the person on the phone.
Then don't even got the time to look for the part i was looking for.

This was super fun. I really enjoy riding these buses. Great service, affordable and pretty safe! An all around nice trip. Recommened for yall round hurrr.

Won't answer their phones, won't respond to emails. Went there after trying for 2 days to get someone, and asked for a quote and gave them my phone and email address and they ghosted me. I have never gotten the quote, and they said "oh, within 24 hours". What is the problem? I just want to order bulk wire in different colors and some connectors. Horrible service.
