Denby, with customer service, was awesome! I bought a house that had a solar system already that was NOT installed by them. The company that installed it in Colorado Springs went bankrupt unfortunately. It wasn't working and would be something like $300-500 to have a tech come out and troubleshoot. I realized that for some weird reason a switch seemed to be in the OFF position. I called to confirm and she took the time to walk me through resetting the system and it appears that was all it was. Much appreciated to take 10min to walk me through that for free and will be using them if I need something in the future.

Had a great install experience with SunTalk. They handled everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Installers and electricians were courteous and professional. Our project manager, Elisa, answered all my questions and provided all the info I asked for, not to mention handling all the permitting (even dealing with the HOA). Thumbs up!

Very poor experience with Suntalk. I signed the contract on March 24, 2022 based on their salesman saying they had availability and the system would be installed in June (3 months for design/permitting/installation). Suntalk originally said design would be 1-2 weeks but actually took 7 weeks before submitting to Excel and Denver for review. The design was 3 pages of drawings with one page being their standard cover letter. Communication has been very poor with constant changing stories and timelines. It is now August and 5 months from signing the contract and it is clear Suntalk has grossly misrepresented the time frame to get the panels installed. Not sure when the panels will be installed let alone operational.

Will post updates to installation and if Suntalk can make this any better.

I had a great experience with SunTalk Solar! The project manager, Elisa, was always very responsive and super helpful. The installers were also very professional and quick and do a great job! I felt very taken care of during the entire process and would definitely chose them again!

I'm sorry to say this, but don't use SunTalk Solar. Their response to service calls is completely unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.

The company charged us $300.00 for a service call, which never happened because the tech realized he didn't have the right equipment on his truck, so he didn't came to our house. They still charged us the $300.00, but assured us that this would be applied to the service appointment when it was made. The tech came out a month later, fixed the malfunctioning panel, and left. To our surprise, we received an invoice for another $300.00! When we called, the rude receptionist told us that the tech had to "log" the call and order the part, so they charged us anyway for the initial service call.

We will find another company if we ever have to have our panels serviced again. You think solar panels are expensive? Wait until you have to repair one through SunTalk Solar.

SunTalk Solar provided great service. From the original consultation through installation and activation, they were helpful, informative, efficient, and friendly. When a problem with Xcel (not SunTalk's fault) delayed our final activation, SunTalk covered our loan payments for the project until Xcel finally completed their end of the process. No problem, no questions. We were impressed. We definitely recommend them.

Miles and Suntalk Solar are the real stars of the show. They outfitted my entire roof with Solar panels to generate nearly 100% of my home’s daily requirements. I love bright sunny days even more now! Thanks Miles!!!!

They are very fast and professional. We had them initially installed in 2017 and felt like it was a good price. In 2018 we had to take down our solar panel for a short time to repair the roof from a hail storm. They took down and put up our panels within days of calling them. It was also a fair quote. Overall have enjoyed working with them.
We had another hail storm in 2024. We had two quotes and they were 10% cheaper than the other quote. A couple pieces of the equipment also broke. The damage was not part of the hail storm. SunTalk worked with the manufacture to get the pieces replaced under the warranty. We also added a few more panels to our roof. Overall had a great experience and everyone we talked to was very nice.

I worked with Jason a couple of times to help me to reconnect my system to the service and he could not have been more helpful!
He was very patient ( I am 69 and not skilled in technology), understanding, encouraging, knowledgeable, and with a good sense of humor. I got it all connected with his help on the phone from Denver and I am in Fort Collins. I felt so GOOD AND PROUD Of being able to do it - even though it was all Jason walking me through All of IT! I give him 5 stars and would give him more if I could!!!

So I had my Solar installed almost 8 years ago. Come to find out my installer went out of business. Recently I looked at my app and saw that my solar hasn't been working for awhile. I was sent a new inverter but had to have someone come and install it. So Jason with Sun Talk solar had someone out there the next day, even though it was only like 15 degrees. That was awesome!! David came out and installed it the next day. He answered all my questions and did an Amazing job. They have by more helpful and supportive in the past week then the other company has been in the 8 years. Thank you Sun Talk. Highly Recommend!!!

I was hesitant to get solar because of pushy sales people and a general lack of common knowledge and the word of others who have had negative experiences. They didn’t know Miles. Before he even sat down with us he did some general pre qualification. We had open roof areas with no tree coverage. We had really high electric bills. There was a very no pressure meeting and the math made a lot of sense for us. The install process was seamless and fast! Within a couple of months we were generating more electricity and banking for summer months. Great investment! My husband now constantly monitors our usage and made a custom dashboard. I can run my space heater all I want! Win/win!

We’ve used their services twice and it’s saved us a ton on electrical bills. The service is wonderful. Also they help you analyze the pros and cons of each panel and system type.

The install was flawless, and we are pleased with the outcome. We got solar installed in 2017 and for our new home again in 2025 for our new home in the mountains. Suntalk Solar is a solid install team, and Miles has been our sales rep both times. Thanks for completing our project!

Because Sunnova (who of course went into bankruptcy) and this company who installed our solar panels keep giving me the run around after 6months and I’m done. They keep pointing the finger at each other but to me it shows incompetence on both parts! My solar panels are managed by Sunnova now SunStrong and were contracted to be installed by this company. And NOBODY thought hmmm maybe this houses solar panels shouldn’t impede on to the neighbors roof! And because we live in Colorado where hail bad enough happens that it could cause a roof to be replaced, maybe we shouldn’t install them this way. So every time my neighbor gets there roof replaced MY solar panels have to be removed(the last time without my permission of course) going weeks without solar. Mind you the panels were included with the home when we bought it yet out of the 50+ paired homes in our complex ours of course is the only one with our panels installed where they impede onto the neighbors roof! I’m done with the run around and the unanswered phones calls. Be cautious when using this company to do solar work for you, be cautious working with companies that have contracted this company to do solar work. Be cautious of EVERY solar company because they’ll likely go out of business in a couple years and you’ll be in my position where nobody honors anything and you’re SOL.

When my original solar company (Klick) stopped responding to my calls and emails, I reached out to Suntalk for help. Elisa and Jason, both managers, went above and beyond to assist me. They were patient, professional, and extremely consumer-focused.

Jason kept me updated every step of the way and made sure the repair was handled thoroughly and correctly. David, the technician, worked hard and showed great attention to detail.

We had 17 panels added to our roof just prior to the expiration of the 2025 tax credit. Miles did the design work. Elisa was our coordinator. They were both easy to work with and great communicators. Elisa handled a lot of the behind the scenes issues, freeing us from the permitting stressors.

Ernie and James did the install. They were both professional and kind. Due to snowstorms and high winds, the install took longer than planned, but each time they communicated their return to work plan.
