Denby was very good at coordinating with our roofing company, we were without our solar for about 6 weeks however that wasn't Sun Talks fault....that blame belongs to the roofing company.

Suntalk has been harassing me for months with an invoice that Apex Solar gave me with various charges for items they did. It fulfill. First item being the design they did was bit approved by my HOA. They also did not assist me in attending HOA meetings to fight for my solar install. It has been over a year now and I have no solar and they are threatening collections during a time that my employer has closed our work for the next month! Seriously, does this company have any soul?

I was truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by every branch of this company. From the owner to account managers to the install crews no one has respect for your home, your time, or this investment. The electrician literally cut wires and stuck them in the wall, faking his job, but he’s still employed so hope he doesn’t do it to you too!

Sales guy was your typical won't listen, hard sell. Could talk the product, just wouldn't be quiet long enough to have a conversation. Claimed I could store credits and sell them off as I wished. not true. At least with Xcel, it's a one time decision keep them forever or sell off at the end of each year.
The actual work went well, communication ok. It's been operational about two weeks. seems to be working as advertised.
Overall I am happy with the end result and think it's going to work out great.

The technicians installing the solar panels were terrific! When there was a problem with the rails where the panels snapped in, they took care of the problem right away through the manufacturer. Their electrician was thorough and very professional. Terrific job!
