great sevice and they had everything we needed

An awful human works here. I received the worst customer service I've ever experienced when calling here for information. Would leave zero stars if possible.

Please teach your sales people some phone etiquette. Rudely stating "Breakers Unlimited!!" doesn't start the call off very well. Maybe try something like "Good morning, Breakers Unlimited, this is (name)" It's really not that hard and makes your customers feel valued. We do a fair amount of business with BU and I always dread calling as your customer service people are rude and abrasive and this isn't one person either as I've spoke with different individuals and have the same result. This rudeness doesn't stop at the greeting either, it continues through the call, like I'm wasting their time by trying to get a price/availability on a breaker or breakers. Please take the time to educate your employees how to better serve your customers. Customer service should be your number 1 goal and selling breakers 2nd.

Hopefully they get better drivers. This individual was crazy driving on highway. Cutting off people & speeding way over the speed limit. I get it he’s driving a company van it doesn’t cost him.

After seeing the reviews it looks like i’m not the only one that has ran into their unprofessional drivers, this idiot almost hit me & then proceeded to cut me off I honked at them they still didn’t care . Hire better drivers. 6/27/24 3:45 pm

While it might have been a slow start getting everything cleaned up, after the pole went down, everything proceeded quickly from there. Every individual that came out and worked on it was fantastic! From start to finish, they were great. The work itself is very professional done with care.

CLI Services parked one of their trucks near our restaurant and left it idling for over 30 minutes unattended. The fumes filled the patio as well as our dining room. The truck has a badge that states "Clean Ide Certified" however I don't believe its up to inspection. When the tech returned he stated they were working in the area. I asked if he would be parking here again. He said yes. I asked him if he could turn his truck of next time. His response was "there's nothing I can do, its just a little smoke."

CLI just replaced our neighborhood street lamp to an updated LED model. Excited for tonight. Also had to trim some branches from our tree and wrapped them up and took them away. Just an outstanding representation of a company. Thank you CLI.

I finally decided to turn my garage into a real workspace, so we needed proper garage wiring. They added dedicated circuits and extra outlets exactly where I needed them. Everything labeled neatly in the panel. Now I can run tools without constantly tripping breakers. Feels legit now.

After the last big storm left us without power for hours, we decided it was time to install a standby generator, and I’m glad we did. The unit sits neatly on its pad beside the house, everything is piped and wired cleanly, and it doesn’t look intrusive at all. The install was organized and professional, and knowing the house will automatically switch over during an outage gives us real peace of mind. It’s one of those upgrades you hope you don’t need often, but when you do, you’ll be thankful it’s there.

Nothing like losing power right before guests come over 😩 I called for an emergency electrician fully expecting to be stuck waiting, but Caleb showed up way faster than I thought possible. He diagnosed the issue (fried breaker from an overloaded circuit), fixed it cleanly, and even checked the rest of the panel just to be safe. Super calm, super professional, and didn’t make the situation feel worse than it was. Crisis handled.

Shoutout to Jason for handling our panel upgrade he walked into what looked like a spaghetti mess of old wiring and turned it into something organized and solid. He took his time rerouting everything properly, made sure the panel was level and secure, and explained what he was doing along the way so we felt comfortable with the whole process. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing it right instead of just finishing fast, and that’s exactly how this job was done.

Booked a security lighting installation after some break-ins nearby. They positioned motion lights around the driveway and backyard in a smart way without making the place feel harsh or overdone. Bright when triggered, subtle the rest of the time. Already sleeping better at night.

It feels safer, more welcoming, and much more polished after dark, and the installation was clean with everything mounted straight and secure.
