Could not have asked for a better experience. The communication from the start to end with Kyle was excellent and the installation/ repair that Joshua accomplished was top notch. If you are looking for professionalism, promptness, customer focus and expert work this is the company you should go with 100%.

We had a really great experience with everyone at Elemental Commercial Service, LLC. Our project entailed them coming out to our property to give a quote which they got back to us within 24 hours, then completed the job less than a week later. Everyone was professional and friendly. We would recommend them and use them again in the future.

We were doing a house remodel and the original electrical company was Let There Be Light. We loved our electrical team there consisting of Dan annd Josh. We were a little nervous to hear they had been sold as we still had a few finishing touches that needed to occur. However, Kyle and his team have been great and have made sure that our original electricians (Dan and Josh) continued to follow our project until the end. We appreciate their professionalism and feel good knowing that they will continue to service whatever needs we will have down the road.

This company did a fantastic job! Rich and Kyle (CEO) were quick to respond and come out and get an estimate for a hard wire EV Charger. They were able to pull the permit and schedule within a week. Daniel and Josh the technicians did a great job while at our house. Kyle followed up on the work. Overall price and work ethic, these guys knocked it our of the park!

They were very responsive and flexible. They were originally scheduled to come another day, but when I explained that I needed the issue taken care of as soon as possible, they made the effort to come the same day, which I really appreciated.

They arrived earlier but was willing to wait and quickly found that the issue was actually much smaller than what we initially thought. I asked if there was any flexibility on the price because of that, and he was very understanding and willing to give me a discount, which I truly appreciated.

They are professional, honest, and willing to work with you. Even though they normally charge standard fees, they are fair and open to discussion when the job turns out to be simpler than expected. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Had multiple quotes come in and Elemental just seemed like the way to go, their tech who came out to review the project seemed very knowledgable and got a quote back in hours. Then once I was ready they were quick to schedule and didn’t ask for payment till the job was completed to my satisfaction. There were a couple hiccups but I really appreciate how they handled them and will be using them for all electrical work going forward. Highly recommend!

I had used Elemental Commercial in the past to replace and upgrade a breaker box in a condo. Josh did a great job at a very reasonable price. I needed a new breaker box on my house and of course I went straight to Josh. Excellent upgrade. So I hired Josh to do some added electrical. Outdoor lights and some outlets. Josh always shows up on time. Does a great job. I will only call Josh for my electrical projects, or repairs. You should too.
