Had a heater installed in my greenhouse and they absolutely nailed it. Clean conduit run, everything mounted solid, and all wiring done neat and safe. You can tell they care about quality electrical work. Showed up on time, explained how it all works, and made sure everything was running perfect before leaving. Straight up pros highly recommend. 🔥⚡

That chandelier went from “nice in the box” to absolute centerpiece the second it was installed. The alignment is spot-on perfectly centered and hanging at just the right height and it feels solid and secure, not even a hint of wobble. All the wiring is tucked away cleanly, so all you notice is how much it elevates the entire room. It honestly changed the whole atmosphere in one afternoon. If you want lighting installed with precision and care, this is who you call.

Had an outdoor security light installed and it came out perfect. Mounted clean on the siding, wired up neat, and super bright at night. Feels way safer around the house now. They were quick, professional, and didn’t leave a mess. Solid work, no BS definitely recommend.

Ideal installed the local alarm system in our new home. We have had multiple instances of the alarms going off, usually in the middle of the night. They have been unable to fix the problem after five visits to the home.

From day one, we have had such a great experience working with Gary and Ideal Electric. We are building a house with Shea Homes, and everyone has been wonderful. They have been honest, reliable and incredibly accommodating, even when we made changes past our deadlines. Highly recommend them.

Ideal Electric wired my home and I've had nothing but issues. I couldn't use my oven because of tripped breakers. Multiple times this happened and usually if there was another outlet on the floor that was being used, so I couldn't use the oven and charge my phone. They sent someone over 4 times and never did anything. The multiple trips of the breaker took out the electrical components of the range and now, a 2 year old stove, oven, and hood are completely useless. The last time I called and left a message, the response was "let me send someone over"--that would have been #5 where Ideal still refused to do anything substantial to fix the problem. Even KitchenAid said that no matter what I did to fix the stove, the problem wasn't the unit, but the electrical wiring of the house. I got literally laughed at by Ideal when I was the one coming up with suggestions on how to fix this issue. Then, on top of that, I had to deal with mansplaining on how I shouldn't have my hair dryer on at the same time as my curling iron. WTH does that have to do with anything??? I should be able to bake cookies in the oven and charge my phone in the living room AND have the light on on my balcony at the same time. To suggest that should not be done on one floor is preposterous, especially in a new build. Several other units have had weird electrical things going on--maybe Ideal should have used breakers that were properly tested.
