They were the preferred electrician for my Hot Tub provider, so I really wanted to work with them. After giving us a small discount when i noted they were quite a bit more than a local guy, Anthony pushed heavily how many of our Hot Tubs they set up, and how great their service was, not just doing the electricity, but explaining how the tub works, filling it, detailed instructions. I figured that was worth something more. Good salesman, but basically they just came out and did the electrician stuff, didn't want to and weren't going to fill it (if they don't fill it, you cant turn it on, and know if its going to work right?). I insisted, so they did, reluctantly, didn't give any of the explanations, etc. Just an electrician, not work a dollar more. The tub works well, so i assume the electrician part was done right, tbd over tiem.

Feb 2025: Mike D stopped in today to help me think through GFCI replacement options. We fixed three of them that were past their lifespan and now the kitchen & bathroom are fully safe and functional
Dec 2024: Shannon and his team replaced an aging unsafe dining fixture and installed new hallway lights with a dimmer. Responsive, thorough and thoughtful

I had an electrical problem that was an emergency and needed immediate assistance. I called Salzano Electric Denver and was able to get two technicians down almost immediately. They were very professional and friendly and I received a photo and introduction text message from both Shannon Smith and Christopher Jarboe. They were very helpful from the beginning to the end and even waited while I made a few other phone calls and gathered some cash so they could start the job the same day. It was finished in the same day and it did not take long at all. Everything was explained to me in detail throughout the whole process and their manager also followed up with me throughout the process and at the end when the job was completed. The price was very reasonable and a lot less than the other quotes. I will definitely go through this company again and I highly recommend them.

Weston and Jerome are amazing. They arrived right on time and were quickly able to assess the work and patiently explain a number of options for installing our Rivian's EV charger in a difficult location in our garage. I ask a LOT of questions.

We thought there was no way it would be done that day (expecting a quote), but they came with all the tools and materials to get the job done immediately! It was a complex job which required fishing wires through home home across multiple floors / ceilings. The only items they didn't have were uncommon quad breakers which Jerry (the owner) came out to check-in and provide.

We even had them pull a wire into our utility closet for a steam humidifier. Post humidifier installation the following week, we needed an electrician to come out to finalize the wiring + put a safety switch in. Despite the same day notice and being on a job and same day notice, Wes found a way to get one of his team members to our location during down time to finish our humidifier installation before the weekend. The gentleman who came was quick, professional, and thoughtful.

I worked with Anthony and Shannon to connect an EV charger within a multi-level parking garage. Even though the job involved a subcontractor for GPR, the job was completed on budget and on schedule. Shannon spent the time to connect the Emporia EV charger to the parking garage network.

Mistakes had been made 14 months ago with our hottub installation. These led to some serious problems over this past weekend. Salazar Electric sent someone the very next morning to make things right. Jorge Gomez was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quite congenial, respectful of our home, and the consummate professional. He revised and upgraded so many aspects of the various electrical connections while explaining the particular rationale for all his actions. I was not billed for all his work and I truly appreciated Salazar rectifying their job.

I cannot recommend Jerry and his team more. I recently bought a house in the mountains in CO and installed a hot tub which I thought would be a bit more straight forward than it was. Thank goodness for Jerry, Ish (electrician that did the install) and Ashlee (office manager) and there were a couple others that helped my project. It was really a team effort and it’s clear this is a small local business that takes a lot of pride in their work and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I’ll be using Salzano again in the future bc I trust they will take care of me and are honest with their prices and their work!

Chad and Shannon arrived early in the 2-hour window they provided, gave an estimate of what may or may not be needed along with possible costs, did the work (4-part switch had loose connections) quickly and within the hour that is provided with the $240 service charge, so no extra charges. Couldn’t ask for more than that!

We had our hot tub electrical install done by Salzano Electric. Anthony Salzano came out and did a thorough inspection for the estimate. Although the work took longer than I expected, it was done professionally and with attention to detail. We're pleased with the result.

Chad and Jeorge, our technicians, were professional and quickly performed the electrical panel service we requested. They tightened loose circuit breakers and identified/replaced one faulty circuit breaker. We were happy with the service and will use them in the future.

While not the lowest bid I received, Salzano Electric delivered white-glove service for a complicated job connecting a spa to an old house. They sent multiple experienced electricians to perform the work (including a visit from the owner). Everyone was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable, even pointing out and resolving mistakes that previous electricians made or overlooked, to ensure that everything they touched was left better than they found it (including fully cleaning up the job site). Specifically, Phillip, Shannon, and Chad were awesome! They took extra time to walk me through all their work and setup steps, explaining my options and the code requirements. They also had a great rapport and took special attention to safety and code compliance. Overall, Great Communication, Great Service, and Excellent Result. So, while the cost was more than I wanted to pay, I think the saying "You get what you pay for" applies and I am extremely happy with the results.

I called from Dallas for an emergency in Denver and they not only fit me in the very next day, they repaired the issue and the customer enjoyed the service and hired them to do additional work. I am not even sure where to begin with how amazing they are!!! They can fix anything thrown at them, we have an old office building that needed help and they have gone above and beyond with making sure everything correct. Jerry is great at explaining everything they are doing and how it works to someone that knows nothing electrical in a way that makes total sense. Shannon is great at walking through everything that was done while he was in the building and answering questions along the way, he is also great at letting you know what won't be working and finding a way around that to make your day better. Now we can never forget the office staff, Ashlee is the best. She is great at make sure everyone is happy and make everyone's schedules work and that everything gets taken care of in a timely manner, she is also a joy to speak to one the phone which makes calling so much easier. It's an absolute pleasure to work with them and we are all so glad that we found them!!!

My technician Marcus just left and was amazing! He was great at troubleshooting my problem and offering options for solutions. he was very friendly, communicative and fixed the problem very quickly. I have worked with Salzano Electric for a few projects now and highly recommend!
