I will never ever purchase anything from CED again purchased a 50 AMP spa disconnect charged $130 Homedepot has there’s for $82 / cost plus a Electrical supply sell there’s $82 after paying the guy at the counter tells me on a C.O.D sale there’s no returns not sure if he makes money off the sale but unfortunately if I knew the price I would of shopped else Where I was going to open a new account because I just started my Electrical business but what a experience I feel like I got taken advantage of and robbed of $50 overcharge for a 50 AMP spa disconnect.......

Absolutely horrible customer service. They will make you wait 30 minutes to even be helped at the will call desk. Then make you wait another 20 minutes because they don't have the material ready.

Don't trust these guys to get what you ask for, I explained to the dot what time needed PVC is very different from metal apparently they don't get it when you tell them that

Yes I'm aware that I should have checked, but when I very clearly explain what I need to an electrical supply house I expect them to know there stuff my advice come in with either part numbers and or photos of what you need

On the flip side they have everything in stock so I can go back and get the right stuff

Ricardo Ramos went above and beyond for me. I didn't have an account with ced but they will be my go to from now on. While other distributors wouldn't even quote my little 2,000.00 wire order, without hesitation Ricardo not only fired one back in 20inutes but was very fair. I hope as my company grows, Ricardo can stick with me.

I had a great experience with CED. I ordered several Rab LED floodlights from them. One of the lights stopped working after a couple years. I called CED and Kimberly Becker assisted me with the warrantee issue. I was surprised by how good the customer service was. Ms. Becker contacted Rab, arranged the warrantee swap-out, and even offered to deliver the replacement. I really didn't have to work very hard to get my light replaced, even though I was expecting it to be a hassle at the outset. Ms. Becker was extremely polite and pleasant to work with as well. I am very appreciative! Thank you Ms. Becker.

If I could give a Zero star I would. Price gouging I bought the same breaker 2 years ago and literally paid $181.61 and now that same exact breaker is $960.00. This is crazy. Found it on the web for $279.99. How do they explain that??????????? Rip off these guys used to be awesome and now they are horrible. I've been a customer for over 20 years and now I'm done. Be aware they don't care now. it's to bad.

Whoever is driving the truck on 16th street on 10/22 around 10am ran a red light while pedestrians were walking across the street, and the truck didn’t even stop!!! The pedestrians had the white walking sign and the truck driver ran through the light almost hitting the people on the crosswalk. If you’re going to run a very obvious red light and almost kill people, I can’t imagine the corners they’ll cut to take advantage of customers.

The manager of this shop berated me in front of the shop for picking up my vehicle from the business next door. I was just picking my vehicle up, and even after explaining that I was not an employee, he continued to tell me off simply for being “in his parking” which has no signage whatsoever. I’m shocked anyone does business with someone so hostile.

Some places in 2024 don't believe in customer service. This shop is the exception to that rule the guys that work here are amazing, their customer service is top notch. Not to say they don't make mistakes because we all can. But when I encountered a problem one of their employees Nolan went above and beyond. CED has my business from here on out. I truly appreciate you guys

I was quoted one price for wire over the phone, when I arrived the price was increased $20. I waited 15 minutes in line before speaking with anybody, that was very frustrating, I will use other electrical supply shops in the future.

Great team work
We had a emergency this weekend Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon. I was able to make two phone calls and within the hour I had the office open the parts I needed and was already in route to go restore power to an entire building. CD is your one stop shop for most electrical parts and pieces.
