Lance came out right at the beginning of the service window, was very thorough during the estimate procedure and was extremely knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions I had about my circumstance. Our home was built in the 1970s, and a panel upgrade was long overdue. We recently decided to install infrared heating in our patio/recreation room, which would finally require us to upgrade and replace our electrical panel. As with many of the trades, it is becoming more and more difficult to find quality electricians.

Charles and I spent time walking through our project and confirmed that he was very familiar with the heating product that we selected. He also shared ideas from past experiences which would help ensure that the application would meet our needs. No surprise, but he quickly understood why we were planning to upgrade the panel and explained some of the options available.

Charles provided a detailed estimate for the work, and it was much more consistent with what we expected. While cost is important, trust was the deciding factor that pushed us to go with CT Electrical Services. We immediately connected with Charles when he arrived. He was focused on our needs, confident in his ability, and offered valuable suggestions based on his experience. While the larger shops can complete the work, I did not feel confident that we would receive the personal attention to detail that we received from CT Services. As you can guess, we elected to move ahead with Charles and his team. We now have a much-needed panel upgrade and an enjoyable space that can now be utilized year-round.

Excellent experience with Charles and his team. We had a panel replaced as well as getting some of our older outlets grounded. Bid was extremely competitive - over 50% less than what I was getting from 'big' companies who seemed more interested in getting me signed up for their recurring subscription plans. Charles was so great to work with - he even moved a shed in our yard when it turned out it was too close to the work being done. Above and beyond service!
