Quick and friendly service. Great communication. Very fast on-site estimates, quick service, prompt installation. They installed electric baseboard heaters and wall heaters, Updated electrical panel, added GFCI outlets. I will call and refer this company again and again!

Charles and his team were very professional and knocked out our panel upgrade project in less than a day. After lots of delays with other contractors they were a breeze to work with.

We've had them do several things for us: install a 220 plug for an electric car, install thermostats, add recessed/undermount lighting to the outside of our home, and they performed all internal/external electrical tasks during our whole-home remodel (which included a new panel, new lighting, new switches/outlets, etc.)!! Since you've repeatedly asked for feedback, here it is—direct and honest. Unlike other companies that clearly explained their services and procedures, this one did not. I was stunned to discover—after the work was done—that my electrical panel had been moved outside. As a senior, having to go outdoors to reset it is unacceptable. Your employee dismissed my concern with, “You should read the contract,” showing zero empathy or professionalism. Had this been properly explained, I would never have hired your company. My request to keep the panel inside the garage was ignored entirely. I paid a significant amount for this job, and on a limited budget, the outcome is deeply disappointing. The lack of communication, disregard for my needs, and flippant attitude are inexcusable. I now refer friends and family to other companies—ones that respect their clients and communicate clearly. I will never recommend this overpriced, inconsiderate business

CT Electric came to my rescue after the November 2024 Denver snowstorm broke off tree limbs, caused power outages, and in my case, the downed power line ripped off the Service Mast and electricity meter—resulting in 2000 volt wires possibly exposed and therefore life threatening, laying on the ground.

I called CT Sunday evening, not expecting to speak with anyone.
Charles answered the phone, gathered details, and promised to visit my property on Monday.
With many other jobs scheduled for that day, my project was prioritized and they arrived at 8:00am to assess the scope of damage.
By 11:30am, a new service mast, new wires, and meter had been installed and connected to my circuit breaker box.
Every step of the way was smooth and efficiently handled by Charles and his crew, with grace, courtesy, respect, and gratitude for my business.
Under the circumstances, it was me that was relieved and grateful, to receive expertise on a timely basis.

Based on that stellar experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Charles for any electrical issues.

The guys at CT Electrical have been really good to work with. Contractors can be hit or miss with what they quote and the finish product, but with CT Electrical, The did the work EXACTLY as they Quoted it, and the SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND CLEANED UP! I know, amazing, Right!!!! I can't say enough good about them. I am not usually a guy that posts reviews, but they deserve a pat on the back for work well done.

Charles and his team replaced the main service from the power pole to new panels meeting current codes on a 5 unit 1956 apartment building. Work was done quickly and with consideration to the tenants. Clean install, with Xcel coordination, grounding , surge protection and labeled panels. Passed city inspections first time! Highly recommend this team!
