Tim installed all of the lighting in our kitchen remodel including canister, pendant lights and under cabinet lights. He also replaced and updated our electrical box and replaced old wiring and receptacles throughout the house. Tim installed a dedicated circuit for our swamp cooler, which he had discovered was wired incorrectly. We were very pleased with Tim's work. Allstrar has done 1 project on my home. Which they accomplished quickly 1 year ago I was happy with the work and service initially. I referred them to a client of mine an Gary the sales person wasted days getting them a quote and repeatedly said that they would have it and didn't supply it. I thought that this might have just been a a busy time. I had Gary out to my property to get a quote on my home shortly after. It took two weeks to get a quote from him. On the property he said that he estimated that it would be around $1800 worth of work when I got the quote three weeks later after pestering him over and over for it the quote was $3900. I will no longer do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

Was called in for a simple fan repair. The installer installed a fan that is too large so the fan blades hit the vent and make a loud noise. I asked at the time about the noise and was told by the technician the ‚fans are just loud‘. I discovered this because our attempt to get the fan cover back has required extensive effort and investigation - at this point I am wondering if they were aware of this and that is why they refused to install it when asked. I would not recommend this company.

Needed some home buyers warranty work - all receptacles in BR went dead. Was told at first they were three weeks out, but somehow they got someone out within the week (Jeff) to fix the issue. Exceptional service - going above and beyond. Thank you Candice, Gary, Jeff and Derek.
