Very Responsive, professional, and the work truly was outstanding.

Pro Carpet Cleaners are wonderful to work with. They were able to fit me into a busy schedule. I has tried several other places, and because of the holiday season, most places were booked solid for weeks. Pro cleaners were able to squeeze me in on the day I requested. The carpet technician arrived on time and went over the process. He went straight to work and was very polite and my carpet tools amazing - seriously like new carpets!! The carpets dried fairly quickly - within a day - and the fresh clean scent was such a plus! I will definitely call on the again!

Alex did a fantastic job! He managed to remove a greasy stain that I thought would never come up, and fixed some improperly done carpet seams. Everything looks (and smells) great. Highly recommended.

I have used Pro Carpet many times over the past 3 years for carpet cleaning on my home as well as a rental house we own. Alex does an amazing job every time! The things I appreciate about him are how responsive he is, he is always on time and he is so trustworthy. I leave him alone in my home with absolutely no worry. I have 2 dogs and a 4 year old daughter so it is always better for him that we all "vacate the premises" 🙂when he is there to work. I don't even have a second thought about it. He is great about responding to any changes I need to make with scheduling and is always quick to respond about anything I may ask. I would recommend him to everyone I know! Please use this company...you won't be disappointed. Oh! Most importantly, the job he does on the carpet is fantastic. So clean!

He explained the whole process. He gave us recommendations to meet our expectations. After, they were done, he walked the property to make sure, they had met our expectations. Honestly LOVE this company. Second time they come through and very good pricing in my opinion, the guy that helped me today, he was able to remove alot of gross and hard staining from my toddler and was great with communication with the services he was going to provide.

We were amazed at the professionalism and the attention to detail of Pro Carpet Cleaning. We had tenants in our house for a year, which left many stains and also part of the carpet chewed up by their dog. Thanks to the care of Pro Carpet Cleaning, the carpet is free of stains and the damaged piece was repaired so well that no one could guess it was damaged. We have used well-known carpet cleaning companies before, but they only provided the minimum service. This company really does the job you need done. We really recommend them.

Wonderful company. The men were prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. They did an amazing job on our Carpets. We have 2 senior dogs who really did a number on our stairs and downstairs.
