Had such a great experience with Pro Carpet Cleaning. Alex was super friendly and they worked quickly. We had thick caked mud that was tracked throughout our stairs and basement by movers. I had worked on cleaning it for hours when it happened but the stains remained. In about 30 minutes they looked brand new. They did an amazing job. Definitely will be hiring them again!

Austin from Pro Carpet cleaned all carpet in my home and a large area rug. He did a wonderful job and was very careful with the machine and hoses to not damage anything while moving about the house. He was also very polite and answered all my questions. I will definitely hire them again and recommend to others.

Pro Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the technician was professional and courteous. Our carpets look brand new even high-traffic areas and old stains came out better than expected.

I agree with the other reviewers- five stars is not enough. The house was spotless. Every INCH. I am so impressed.

Do not trust the cleaners from this company. My stuff started disappearing little by little until one day I found a trash bag full of my daughters and my things including paper work I needed. Basically the cleaners went into my bedroom and instead of cleaning, they just threw all my stuff in the trash.
Not once did any of the teams sent, it was different ladies every time, go any step above and beyond and they rarely completed the most basic service required of them. In conclusion, the business owner has no problem with the way her teams are performing their service. They violated my trust and safety and security of my home. I am considering suitthem.
