We had S.W.A.T. today to clean our windows and replace some screens. After living in our house over 12 years, I hadn't even realized how filthy they truly were. Each step on working with them was great - from the helpful woman on the phone, to the manager who gave an estimate, to the gentleman who did the work. We are so happy we trusted the reviews from our community! Our windows look amazing and the price was very reasonable. We are very excited to have them again more frequently!

We picked SWAT based on all the positive reviews even though most were for windows and we needed solar panel cleaning. But because everyone seemed so happy with the company overall, we decided they were worth trying. So glad we did!! Chris arrived very promptly and did a great job. Some work had created quite a bit of dust on the panels and I could immediately tell the difference in how much energy was being produced in the before/after. The company is great at communication, and easy to schedule. I appreciate that all the pricing was online. We will definitely have them back.

I had my air ducts, solar panels, and dryer vent cleaned and had a great experience. Scheduling was easy and the pricing was transparent with no surprises. Chris and Chase arrived early, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. Professional, friendly, and thorough from start to finish. Chase and Chris did a terrific job. Many manufacturers stickers to remove on our new windows so not an easy job. They were always smoking. I loved that. Highly recommend

I needed a cleaning the same day as when I contacted them. They originally said they didn’t have any availability, but they called me in the afternoon to say they had a cancellation. I was so glad they followed up and it worked out. The cleaner arrived early which I appreciated.

David is the definition of, "above and beyond." My crawl space needed to be cleaned which I thought would be vacuuming and wiping. David did a complete thorough disinfecting of the space. I could not be more impressed with the night/day difference. This is a level of detail I could never have done myself. His work was worth every penny. Thank you, good sir!
