Aspen Maintenance has provided janitorial service at an 18,000 square foot office building we manage in the Cherry Creek area for the past 13 years. It's a difficult building with 55 private officers, 9 restrooms. 2 large client waiting areas and a kitchen. In addition to cleaning the building at night, Aspen inventories and supplies paper products, soap, light bulbs, etc. which makes our lives much easier. The scope of work was more than any of us anticipated and they truly rose to the occasion and got it done. I think that there are lots of other companies that would have just stopped, but even the owner stepped in to assist. They were so detailed with the cleaning the 2 times I have used them.
