I have used several carpet cleaning services in the past and not once have I been satisfied enough to take the time to give an outstanding review. He was very professional as to when he was going to arrive, how far away he was etc. When he arrived he asked to take a look at the carpet he was going to clean, he observed several spots that I have had in my carpet for several years! He then explained that he could remove those stains. Mr. Rahming spent over 2 hours at my house. I can honestly say that I had done some pricing on new carpet before he cleaned my carpet. Not only did it look like new carpet, it was almost dry! Real Pro Cleaning is my cleaning services and I would recommend everybody to give them a try.

Mr. Derrick has extensive knowledge of his products and equipment used to methodically clean and quick dry the carpet. He supplied booties for a walk through inspection and called two days later for an update of our satisfaction! I booked you to clean the carpet. You should do your job. I know very well about my house carpet. I am ready to challenge those are not pet stains. I can do lab test and I can prove that you were wrong. My wife clearly explained that are turmeric strains. Its the prayer place, how could will get pet strains. You should do your job. You should not tell wrong things to my tenant. I paid you $340 and you asked my tenant additional $290. You should inform me ahead before charging them. I called you, but not my tenant. you look for opportunity to charge from my tenant. I paid $290 to my tenant as you charged. If you take money like this, I would check other cleaners which can do better job and better price. You are actions breaking owner and tenant relationship. Don't do this to next clients and don't ask extra money and reviews.

Ali was amazing!!!! I forgot to book my carpet cleaners for my 6th floor condo move out and had to try to book with less than a week’s notice. I asked for several quotes on Yelp and was lucky enough to get an answer back from RiNo. I’m so thankful they were able to make it happen. Because of my high-rise condo sitch, they had to use portable equipment but the entire job was done in less than 3 hours, despite Ali having to make multiple trips down to the truck for different attachments and equipment. He even worked around my very curious/grumpy pup. The price was exactly as originally quoted. I recommend them to anyone looking for fast, friendly, efficient service you can trust!!

Ali and Batu were wonderful. They respected my home, treating baseboards and furniture with care. They were prompt, efficient and even took extra effort to ensure my area rugs were placed in the spots perfectly. Carpet looks good again! Fair price- I highly recommend!
