I scheduled Denver Gutter to clean my gutters because of other reviews and I’d also used them to fix and relocate a major downspout several months ago. They were slow in responding but later learned it was because they were so backed up. Amalio and Victor showed up a few days ago and did a great job. I told them some of the downspouts were clogged due to my roof being replaced and they assured me all would be cleared when they finished. The guys were friendly, service oriented and did a great job. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the response time.

1 year ago they did a great job but now have decided there is no safe way to clean the gutters on my home? Literally nothing has changed other than crews getting lazy.

Edit: bumping up a star as they called me and explained they have new standards on their insurance. Context helps but if roofing companies can work, so can you. If "safety is one area we don't compromise" then I guess you did a year before or refuse to invest in new safety equipment for your people.

I would provide zero stars if I could. So, it looks like they flagged my last review as fake so it wouldn't show up. But, I am so frustrated with this company that it's difficult for me to hold back.

My biggest issue now is that I am moving, I called to cancel my contract, and they ignored me. They didn't cancel.

There is no other way to communicate with them except to call, which now I know why they do that. So, there's no proof about what you said or asked. They can just act like you never asked to cancel.

I will try to call again, but the communication this is a huge problem for me. I can text with my doctor. I can shoot emails to any company. But, this one, I have to call and talk to some idiot on the phone, who does not execute what I request.

I'm so done with these guys. And, I very highly recommend that you do not do business with them. Now, they have my credit card on file, and so, I am a slave to chase them down.

I called Denver Gutter Cleaning after another company did a terrible job earlier this spring. The price was a little higher but Edward, Jason and Voss did a great job. They wore safety harnesses and left the surrounding area cleaner than they found it. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Crew was polite, friendly and very thorough. Cleaned gutters, checked for problems and removed the debris . Office was exceptional with explaining process. They will return for fall cleaning

Two months late for job. Left unfinished. Garage and north side untouched. Poor communication. Have not told me when they may finish the job. I have requested my annual “subscription” canceled.

Update-customer service representative called and offered service recovery options. Will give them another try. But definitely not subscribing to the service. When these guys first started out they were awesome. Had a great system. Now feels just blah.

Something definitely has changed with this company over the past year or so - see the other reviews. I requested service in late October/early November. In December they still hadn't shown up. They claimed it was "due to weather" but we had clear sunshine and warm weather every single day in November. In late-December, 2 months after they were supposed to clean my gutters, I called and asked them to cancel the service. They said OK. I never heard from them again until last week when they randomly showed up unannounced, even though I had canceled the service. I'm glad I was home to tell them I had hired another company, or I'm sure they would have cleaned my recently-cleaned gutters and charged me for it. Buyer Beware!

I thought the price was a bit high but I was impressed by the quality of the work and the fact that this company got back to me promptly with a quote and an explanation of the service. It's important to know that they are fully insured when you have people walking on your roof! They are knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the text ahead of their arrival and the fact that I contacted them Tuesday and the service was completed on Friday. One more task I can mark off my to do list! Thanks guys!

After consideration and discussion with another contractor, I am amending my review of this company. I had misgivings about whether or not this company’s employees actually performed the requested cleaning of the gutters on my house, but another contractor checked and confirmed that the gutters were cleaned.

I am not familiar with gutters and gutter cleaning and so jumped to conclusions which were not entirely correct. All I could recommend is that if possible, to arrange with them to arrive for work when you are at home and can view the work. It is pricey but as I mentioned above, I am not familiar with this kind of home maintenance.

The customer service was very nice and accommodating, so I will give them 4 stars.

While working in extreme heat, they completed the job hired for and went above and beyond to check the underground drainage systems. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Would highly recommend for any of your gutter issues.

The workers were very kind and explained the work they were going to do with the gutters thoroughly very professional a bit pricey for the square feet but good work done.

It started off well, but seems like since they got acquired by Ned's home improvement its gone downhill.

Pros: Gutter cleaners and support people are nice/professional.

Cons: They are unable to set up an account for 4 people in a townhouse to get cleaned at the same time, but paid separately. They will tell you they can, but they are lying.

Cannot schedule any appointments. You find out the day of your appointment, doesn't matter if you're home or not. Even when you sign up for their expensive 4x/year service, its not possible.

All gutter cleaning is costly but $180 for 2 guys for 15 minutes with 2 blowers is a rip off.

They will not clean any underground gutter drails if they are plastic due to company policies, so you have to contact another company despite paying $200 per time to have clean gutters.

Would not recommend.

I was charged $600 for a service that took 45 minutes, none of the techs that cleaned the gutters were tied in even though they were on second and third story roofs (would I be liable if they fell and injured themselves?), my new gutter covers were completely destroyed (bent, ripped, etc.) during the cleaning and although I called and emailed the company about the damage, I still haven't heard back from them but they auto-charged my credit card without my permission. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Dany and Gabriel with Denver Gutter Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters! They listened to my questions, offered advice, and fixed a few trouble spots. I would definitely use these guys again.

A truly crooked company - DO NOT USE!
I have several rental houses and had a who did gutter cleaning and repairs. He decided to retire this year. I saw one of Denver Gutters trucks and decided to give them a call. One of my properties needed a gutter cleaning and three downspout extensions replaced. I set up the service and was told that they are very busy and they probably could not get there for about three weeks. I was very clear with the person on the phone that my tenant has a dog and I need to give the tenant at least 24 hours notice - this is required by the Lease but also just a good business practice. I was assured that I would get plenty of notice. Imagine my surprise when two days later at roughly 11am I receive a text message that someone from Denver Gutter is on the way to the property! No prior notice! I called and the attitude of the person I spoke with was that they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful that they were getting to me so quickly. This was infuriating and I told him to cancel the service. After a great deal of back and forth and him offering discount after discount to save the business I finally said to him that if anyone stepped on my property I would call the police and have them cited for trespassing. He finally got the message and said that he would contact the crew and tell them not to go there. This should have been the end of it. Well, it was not. I just got a bill for the service. This week I got a bill for the service - with none of the discounts promised. I did go and look at the gutters. I would give the job a solid C-. I just paid the bill to just be done with it - they clearly need the money more than I do.

I used Denver Gutter Cleaning to clean my gutters. The gutters were pretty dirty, I’m sure, because I hadn’t had them cleaned in a few years. Two guys came out the very next morning after I called and got right to work on the gutters. They cleaned up the debris left on the ground thoroughly. They were two really nice guys. From my experience with Denver Gutter Cleaning and comparison of other quotes, I would highly recommend Denver Gutter Cleaning.

Denver Gutter is terrific! They clean my gutters twice a year efficiently and effectively. Easy peasy!!! They have also installed gutters for me with the same work ethic. I love these guys!!!!
Angel and Omar have repaired my gutters and did an excellent job. Definitely recommend them!

Chris and Eduardo were on time and did a very good job. We walked around the house and they took note of my requests and were careful around our landscaping

Update: After calling again and explaining the situation, they were able to come clean my gutters promptly, scheduled and planned the next visit. In addition, after leaving said review they followed up by phone and email. They were trying to do the right thing. If they make it easy in the spring, will update to 5 stars.

Use to be a great company, but it appears they got bought by a national one and service has become non-existent. For years, they've been cleaning my house twice a year and they still haven't showed up for my December 1st gutter cleaning. I've followed up, both email and phone with no success of getting them cleaned. Unfortunately it is time to look elsewhere for service.

Terrific job well done! Excellent clean up. Very happy to find a business who truly cares about their customers satisfaction.
