While the work performed was very good - gutter-cleaning and window-washing, overall the experience was unsatisfactory. When I requested service, Denver Gutter Cleaning could not provide a date, not even an approximate one, because they are dependent on the weather. But, I was told, they would contact me before the workers arrived. I've scheduled yard work, roofers, and mobile car detailing, all of whom are weather-dependent, but they are all able to give at least a tentative date. I never received a notification. The workers arrived and suddenly I had only a few moments to remove all of the exterior screens from the windows on multiple floors. I had to interrupt my very busy morning to do it. I was very disappointed and will not be calling them again.

The team came out on agreed upon time first thing in the am. Angel was heading up the crew and they did of fantastic job if assessing the issue and fixing my water problem. Thank you!

The two-man team did a complete cleaning of the gutters. I appreciate the thorough pick-up and removal of the gutter leaf debris on the ground. Very nice job. Thanks.

My gutter guards were removed and were not put back on. This company did not state that they would not put them back on. There was no mention of not putting them back on. I was told that they should have thrown them out. I have had other cleaning companies take them off and put back on. I have asked Ned’s to put them back on but they have not responded to do so after several weeks of waiting for an answer.

We booked our service in June for a gutter cleaning and a repair for 2 downspouts and an underground drainage cap. We were asked to provide pictures for Travis to help with an estimate. He immediately responded with a total estimate and I agreed. Then a month passed and since I didn’t hear anything from DCG I emailed them again, they said it would now be mid August. So this week at 8:15am we were shocked to hear someone on the roof banging around. In every visit prior there’s a knock on the door and one of the guys would introduce themselves. Nope not this visit. They NEVER came into the backyard to clean out 2 gutters & they left a big mess all over the ground. Then to my surprise I see water being sprayed all over the front of the house. This has never happened before. Good thing I was home so I could close my windows or we’d have a big mess inside the house. I have cedar siding in front of the house and had I known new owners of DGC would be hosing down my house I would have said no way! The gutter repair I booked in June Never happened and the new crew never even checked off on their door placard my gutters need attention. So I called the new number on the placard that doesn’t link with DGC and spoke with a woman that had no clue I had a gutter repair scheduled. She kept asking to put a credit card number on file. So irritating. Then starts asking for information about the gutter repair for which DGC should already have with photos. Again asking for a credit card to put on file. Then tells me she doesn’t think they can repair the cap (they put In to begin with). After asking for a credit card for the third time to pay for the cleaning service I tell her no I’ll pay online. She then says that service is no longer available. Wait what? AT NO TIME does she say DGC is under new ownership. Then I get my bill that has an additional service fee and I walk in the back yard and both gutters are still clogged up. Not cleaned out at all. The underground gutter drain wasn’t rodded out either. Also my cedar siding is streaked with water marks. We will no longer use Denver Gutter cleaning again this was an awful experience for over $170.

My local gutter cleaning guy apparently became a bigger corporate entity, still keeping the name so I couldn't tell. Appointments became automated and twice a year, they added dryer vent and air duct cleaning, and now gutter repair. It's a great model for them. Calls from non local folks and a streamline of steady business. The good: they come regularly without my having to call, you hardly have to be around, and the people on phone and in the yard have been nice enough despite my upset. The gutter cleaning was 4months after expected -they left bagged gutter sludge/compost in my driveway (not in my compost or trash bin sitting right there.) The bags weighed at least 25 lbs, broke when I lifted them, only to reveal the crew put all their lunch trash in there to so I had a good half hour sweeping, separating trash from compost and bagging. Then I got no less than 15 calls over 4 months telling me I had a gutter repair needed for the underground line. They came and I found there is no real way to clean these things out -so they say- so you end up with external gutters 5-6' running across the yard. Not sure I even needed them or if it is all a scam. Great vertical marketing for them in an arena few know enough about to question. I am not going back next year. Hope this experience helps someone else. Maybe they saved me from a real problem but not the solution I wanted.

They did ok I guess, glad I was there to watch them. They didn’t completely clean out the downspout I was most concerned about until I pointed out what I had seen. Then they left and didn’t tell me about two problems they found. I had to call back to find out what they found. Question…why did they put on their safety harnesses on and then not set up anything to clip themselves into??

We have been long time customers of Denver Gutter Cleaning for years and this time we are very disappointed in the work they did and the lack of customer service we received. We had them come out 9 days ago and I was concerned when I saw two of the guys banging on our downspout and shaking it violently to try to clear it. The guy on the roof had an air blower but the air obviously wasn't getting through. I watched them do this for about 10 minutes, yell something I couldn't understand to each other, and just give up.
Yesterday we had a big storm and it was the first since they had been here. We watched the water streaming off the roof (see picture below) and not going through the downspout. Hubby emailed the company to let them know we weren't satisfied with their cleaning and included the picture. The response from Brian was that it was probably new seeds and leaves that had just clogged the downspout and it would be an additional $60 to come out again. I don't know how he thinks that could happen in 9 days but it was obvious that he didn't care about keeping long time customers happy. Hubby climbed a ladder to check it out and found a clog of old brown leaves. Definitely not "new seeds and green leaves". During a walk around the house, we also found a disconnected downspout. The crew should have made sure everything was done and put together securely before leaving but they obviously didn't. They also told us that we needed some repairs and they would let us know an estimate for doing that. After asking them twice, we still never got that. (Not that we'd hire them for that now anyway). Brian, the owner of the company did offer to meet with us. After trying several times to get clarification on what that meant (Meet for coffee? Meet at his office? Meet at our house and get charged $60?) we gave up. He obviously didn’t want to fix the problems or he would have just said he’d take a look.
It's sad when a company that was so good for years turns into a shoddy, uncaring, inefficient waste of money. I'm happy for them that they have so many customers they don't need to show any concern for their long-time ones. When it's time for our next cleaning, we'll be looking for a company that can actually do the job correctly and stands behind their work – Denver Gutter Cleaning does not.

Do NOT use this company. We had a very obvious gutter leak that was causing dry rot into our roof. I called to ask for a repair and they said we’d need a full gutter check before. They talked me into doing a quarterly check for a reasonable price so I agreed. The tech came out, did the check and reported no issues. There were CLEARLY issues, the tech did not do the check. I called to complain and to cancel my subscription and included photos of the issues that were not sited in the report. They gave me a quote of 800 for the photos I sent and still billed me for the inspection. I cancelled my subscription. And got about 3-5 calls afterwards, which I stopped taking. Another person showed up at my house (without telling me) after I stopped taking their calls. They charged me for that again. I’m STILL receiving bills from them. This company is a scam. Do not give them your credit card, do not give them your address.

Denver Gutters cleaned again, and the workers did a fine job. 5 stars The did note there was a problem with my house, so I called. They said a downspout drain was out of place, but did I know that dryer vents were the number one cause of household fires in the USA, and that they would provide this service for me. Dryer vents dont make the top 5 causes of home fires. Nearly half of home fires are from cooking mishaps. Looks like their owner, Ned something is trying to get revenue synergies on his acquisitions by using scare tactics on his customer base. 0 stars FYN. BYW, it was Denver Gutter Cleaning that prompted me to leave this review.

Charles and Christopher did a great job cleaning my gutters! Very professional. Arrived on time and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommended!

We had our gutters cleaned this year with Denver Gutter Cleaning. They did a fine job. However, bear in mind that the time from call to getting the service may be up to 3 weeks.

The team was friendly and overall did a good job with the exception of blowing the leaves out of the gutters and onto the lawn. They did very little cleanup afterwards, and we now need to clean up the yard after having the gutters cleaned. Not ideal, 2 years in a row.

Charles and Angel did a great job cleaning out my gutters and checking to make sure they were functioning properly. They were polite and made sure I was happy with their work.

I was very impressed. This company did a real thorough job. The entire area under the gutters and about 8 feet into the yard was cleaned up 100%. All of the leaves, pine needles, etc. in that area were cleaned up.

Had my gutters cleaned by Juan Carlos crew. The did a great job and cleaned up well. I would recommend Denver Gutter and will definitely use them again next year.

Denver Gutter did a very nice job. On time, had the right equipment and workers. Just wish they would have sent me photos after so I could see that they put the downspout filters on. A short write up on what they found would have been nice. There were two downspots that also didn't get flushed as no water present. I should have been present when they finished so we could do a walk around.

While the actual gutter cleaning was done well, the overall experience left a bad impression. The service was expensive for what was provided, and when I tried to cancel ongoing service, I was met with repeated resistance.

Having to request cancellation five times is excessive and made the process stressful. Quality service should include respecting a customer’s decision, not making it hard to leave.

have been a customer of this Denver Gutter cleaning for over 20 years, and since the recent transition to Ned Services, I’ve continued to expect the same great experience—from scheduling to billing. This time, however, the first crew only stayed about 10 minutes and did not complete the required work. I confirmed on my security cameras that little had been done. When I called to report the issue, a new crew was sent out right away, and they delivered the high-quality service I’ve always known from Denver Gutter Cleaning. Thank you for ensuring the project was completed thoroughly, promptly, and successfully.

Last week I scheduled with Denver gutter cleaning and was told they were scheduling three weeks out. They showed up unannounced on Saturday while I was out of town and I got calls for concerns of a break in. I called the company to see if they were there and the acknowledged a crew was scheduled that day. If the schedule is getting moved up I’d expect a call or text with at least a 24 hour notice to notify others in the building. Add to this the crew did not clean up after the work with gutter debris on my patio, front step, and the white gutters now have dirt on them.

My unit experience scheduling was positive but the rest was poor. Since I called them concerned from the neighbors calls there was no follow up on the service as I requested. What corners were sealed, photos, etc.

I was notified less than an hour before crew arrival. City of Denver was working on the city street so it was completely closed to traffic. The alley was accessible, a major street about 100 feet from my house was accessible and both streets adjacent to my house were also open, yet the crew did not call me and chose to leave . No call just a text from the corporate office to to say they couldn’t clean my gutters. After a phone call to corporate office, they came a week later and did the exact same thing, even though there were notes on my account, asking them to contact me and I would give them access through my garage in the alley. No phone call no knock on the door…. just another text saying that the crew could not perform the job. After two phone calls in a long chat with manager they managed to come out hours later and get the job done. This used to be a small Gutter Cleaning service that I’ve used for many years but after it was sold to Ned’s company it has become a company that has zero customer service.
