I was very happy with RiNO carpet cleaning's service. Ali was prompt, did a great job with the bedroom carpets in our rental, and was able to "steam" out the wrinkles in a large area rug that had been folded and stored poorly. He was also a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely use RiNO again!

Amazing service and top notch quality, carpets and furniture look brand new. And, Ali shows up on time, takes his time and really does amazing detail work. You cannot go wrong with RiNo!

I decided to give these guys a try based off of the reviews. And boy was i happy with the service, was on time and did an amazing job with my carpet and my daughters matress. 10/10 would definitely recommend. They also where the most reasonably priced compared to other businesses and they have more 5 stars than those guys too. I will be referring anybody i know looking for a reliable carpet cleaner

These guys are absolutely the very best!! We have had 30 years worth of dogs. Nobody has come close to Rino for cleaning carpet. So nice and so professional. They go the extra mile. The quality for the price is spot on. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.
The picture posted is the dogs room. We have 2 big 100 pound Boxer/Mastif Mix. This carpet has been soiled with their throw up chewing their bones and their doggy door of coming in and out of the house. I wish I had a before and after picture.

BATU came and serviced our family home!! He was timely, efficient, and overall did a great job in getting the carpets cleaned! Happy that the appointment was kept, and serviced as scheduled. Ali did an amazing job cleaning my couch and making it look like new. I had a couple of stubborn stains and he made them disappear! He even game me a bottle of cleaner to use on spots in the future. Highly recommend RiNo carpet cleaning!

I'll start with the good things: The technician who came to our house was kind, polite, and clearly cared about doing a good job. He wore clean shoe covers to protect our carpet, was respectful throughout, and took his time going over the stained areas more than once, which I appreciated. The owner was also responsive and agreed to send someone back when I said the issue wasn’t resolved – which I value.

That being said, I hired the company specifically to treat pet urine odor and stains on the carpets, based on a recommendation and after asking the owner directly on the phone if they could handle this type of case. He assured me they could. I also paid an extra $100 for a full deep clean, not just spot treatment.

Unfortunately, after both visits, the strong smell of urine is still very noticeable (maybe about 30% less than before), and the stain itself is still visible. Only after the first visit did the owner mention that the smell might never fully come out and that the carpet might need to be replaced – which wasn’t mentioned at all in our initial call. Had I known that in advance, my expectations would have been different, and I might have chosen to replace the carpet instead.

The technician also arrived almost an hour late both times, which was difficult given my schedule.

All in all, while I appreciated the effort and professionalism of the technician, the results were disappointing, especially considering the high cost and the fact that my main concerns – the odor and the stain – remain.

We had a wonderful experience with Ali and RiNo carpet cleaning services. He was thorough and offered an extremely reasonable price. It is clear the company takes pride in their work and it shows in the results. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the services and we were very grateful for his flexibility with our schedule. In addition, he was really kind and friendly. I’d recommend RiNi Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for these services.

What a great experience I had with them this week. I arranged for a small room at my house, and a full clean at my office downtown and they did a spectacular job! They were timely with scheduling and the technicians arrived on time. Extremely professional, conscientious and easy to work with. I am thrilled to be working with them and will be using them for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future!! They are top notch at what they do!!

I called 8 places around Denver for residential carpet cleaning and felt that RiNo Carpet Cleaning was the best choice for us! I was looking for a reasonable price (not the cheapest but also not the most expensive), ideally locally owned and not franchised, not extremely pushy and salesy, and did hot water method for the deep clean. Ali was extremely professional, on-time, and efficient yet very effective with his services.

I have a white rug that I used as an entrance runner and it obviously got wrecked. Rino Carpet Cleaners arrived at my house on time, picked up the rug, and dropped it back off after cleaning (anbout 40 mins later) and it looks almost brand new. Extremely happy with the results and service. I will definitely use them in the future.

Dogu showed up on time and took extra care with my new couch, that I bought used, and now you can't even tell. I will 100% use RiNo Cleaning again and Dogu did a fantastic job!!! My used couch is now like new.

Ari, the owner of RiNo, manages his carpet/furniture cleaning services with expertise, commitment to the customer, and very fine attention to detail. My carpets and furniture were cleaned thoroughly and now I am enjoying my home so much more. Ari took the time to come back the next day to move furniture and area rugs, etc. He is very personable, accomodates requests, and checks over the work of his associate. He and his business get 10 stars from me.

We had our carpets cleaned and the work was excellent. Our carpets are old and need to be replaced, however like a lot of people right now, it just isn't in the budget. Our carpets look so much better! I was amazed that he was able to get some bad stains out! I was sure they were not going away. Our whole house feels fresher and looks great!

He was over an hour late to the job. Didn't call to give a heads up. I had to cancel another appointment and was charged a $50 cancelation fee. When I told him about the additional fee I had to pay because he was late, his response was "okay, that's fine". Didn't apologize or offer to discount his service.

He did just an okay job cleaning my rug. Theres still lots of dirt in the tassels as you can see. I definitely would not recommend.

RiNo carpet cleaning just cleaned and protected our hardwood floors and cleaned our tile and grout in the primary bathroom. They did an excellent job. We had three quotes from different companies and they had the best price, very reasonable. I recommend them!!

I chose this company based on the reviews and also how the owner responded to all reviews here good and (the very few) bad. Batu came within the one hour window we were given and got to work immediately. He was professional and respectful of our house and took meticulous care to get our carpets clean. We have a white rug that is 10 years old that I thought was beyond help and it looks brand new! Old cat vomit stains we’d tried to clean many times have just disappeared! Their pricing was also extremely fair, will absolutely use this company again!

Ali did a fantastic job bringing our white area carpet and couch back to life. He was well equipped, extremely professional, with a keen attention to details. We really appreciated the way he protected our floors while working. Also appreciated the great tips he gave us to keep our carpets stain free. The price was also very reasonable.
