Hired them to do a deep cleaning of a vacant property. They missed a bunch of stuff so I sent them back. When I went out again to check they didn't complete anything I had sent them back for.

Mary was very accommodating with scheduling a move out clean. She was very quick with her response time and great communication. Rosa did a good job and I would definitely hire them again.

We recently had The Gutter Guard Experts install guards on our home. The product is GREAT and the team we worked with was fantastic! When Jason came out to do the quote on the house we were delightfully surprised by how great the product is as well as how fairly priced it was! From my first meeting with Jason for an estimate, to the completion of the project, I can only say awesome things about this business. When I met with Jason, he thoroughly explained how the gutter guards work, showed me samples, and answered all my questions. There was NO pressure to buy. I had received an estimate from another company and had a 3rd estimate scheduled, but I signed up for my gutter guards before Jason left my home that day. THEN, David came to do the install. He cleaned out my gutters first (and I know there was a lot of debris in them) and then installed the guards...all in 2 hours! I fully expected to have to do some clean up after he left, but no need to! David took care of everything. So happy to do business with a reliable, local, professional business! We had met with a few franchise Gutter Guard companies and decided to go with The Gutter Guard Experts because A) they are a family owned local company, B) There wasn’t the pressure that the other companies had to “sign up today and we will drop the price by thousands” and C) the price was much more reasonable before any discounts compared to the franchises.

When researching companies this company had amazing reviews and now we know first hand why.

We met with the owner Jason who gave us the quote and Dave the installer (also a family member) showed up early and was done in a couple of hours by himself. He has 16 years experience and did a great and thorough job. He cleaned up the area around the house and was very friendly. We should have gotten the guards installed years ago. Looking forward to not climbing up on a ladder to clean out the gutters during a storm!

Our previous gutter protectors were damaged in the hail storm. We did not want to replace them with the same company because of poor customer service. We got a bid from another company and they played a terrible game of pricing. They started at a price and then lowered it by $10 a foot before it was all over. I don't like those games. When I called The Gutter Guard Experts, Alyssa gave me the price per foot over the phone. Jason came out to show us the valor product and we decided to go with it. Communication was top notch. Jason and David came to do the install themselves, no hired hands. One of the reasons we went with this company was because of the family involvement and commitment to the homeowner. We don't know how good the product works just yet since we won't know till the leaves fall. We are confident that if we have any issues they will be addressed and taken care of. The warranty on the product is excellent and transferrable. Friendly and great to work with.

I have had the absolute best experience with Jason at Gutter Guard. He installed a rhino type covering on all of our gutters a number of years ago and the product has been phenomenal and kept our gutters very clean. I referred a good friend of mine and he has the same experience and results with Jason and Gutter Guard. Recently, we purchased a new home with a different configuration of gutters. I called Jason for his assistance and a quote. He told me that he would be happy to install the 264 of linear feet of gutter protection BUT because the way the roof was situated and the lack of tall trees surrounding the property, he thought I might want to consider reducing my costs by hiring a gutter cleaning service every few years instead of spending the money with his company. Now, in business, who does this? Who deals with people with such honestly and integrity that you can be sure you are buying or not buying the right product. Jason is a young man of high integrity, skill, respect for his customers, and someone who always stands by his product. You could not find a better person who will give you straight and honest information about your gutter protection. He is the top of the top. A+. I would recommend him to anyone who has gutter protection needs.
