Very pleasant to deal with. No pressure to buy. Timely, efficient and considerate.

Communication was great. Easy to schedule appointment time. Installation scheduling was excellent. Installation crew showed up on time and communicated well including the installation process. Payment process was easy to complete. Now waiting for rain and leaves/pine needles to fall to to see how well their product works. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from David and Cooper. Very efficient, super friendly and willingly did extra downspout repair not originally in work order. Looking forward to the next rain to see the benefit of having Gutter

Jason and his crew are great to work and the gutter product they install is especially appreciated during those times of year when we would have normally been cleaning out gutters. They originally installed the gutters on our house and garage. After the hail damage on May 9, 2023, they coordinated with the roofing company and the insurance company so we did not have to do anything. They communicated very well and did a very professional job replacing what needed to be replaced and cleaned up so we could not even tell they were there. I love working with them and recommend them highly!

We contacted Gutter Guard Experts after having trouble with another leading company, and I am so glad we ended up using Gutter Guard Experts. From the initial call, to the sales rep, through installation, and even the follow up this company has been amazing. Every point of contact with this company has been excellent. They gave us great customer service on a level I have rarely experienced. They are a class act, and I recommend them without reservation. If you'd like to know how the process went in more detail read on.

When we call they actually answer their phone, are polite, knowledgeable, and easy to schedule a consult and install with. The sales guy who came over was on time, courteous, no pressure, and was willing to save the promotional pricing for us even though we would have to do installation months out (our house was being repaired). The product is far sturdier than any of the other products we saw from 3 other companies, and their pricing was also the best (even before promotional discounts).

When it was time for installation, we received text messages letting informing us of the installers' ETA and they were on time, maybe even a touch early. When they got here they introduced themselves, were courteous, professional did a great job cleaning the gutters, did an excellent job with installation, and answered all of my questions. David (the install manager) even offered to trim a ragged piece of flashing on our roof which had been bothering me since we just had our roof replaced (our roofers weren't the best). When they were done they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves too. It was also nice to know they were direct employees and not sub-contractors.

Paying was easy, but we did have a small hiccup. We kept getting invoices even though we submitted payment. However, when we called to ask about it, they let us know they did receive payment, apologized for the confusion, and were working on a tech issue with their system. When they resolved the issue they emailed us and then called us to let us know they had fixed it and reassured us that everything was accounted for. I was actually astonished they followed up just to let us know the issue was resolved.

The cherry on top was they actually sent a thank you package with cookies. I don't know if they do that with everyone, but I am amazed that there are still companies out there care about their process, product, quality, and customers to this degree. It was absolutely refreshing.

This company was great to work with and gave us world class customer service. I highly recommend the Gutter Guard Experts!

2/28/2025 UPDATE: To clarify, overall we are pleased Gutter Guard Experts. We do feel they have a quality product and, whenever we speak with their employees directly, they are nothing but professional and polite. My review was written from frustration at repeatedly trying to get them to communicate. After seeing my review yesterday, Jason, the owner, called me immediately and agreed that there had been an unfortunate chain of communication breakdowns on their end and rearranged the schedule to get the gutter leak problem resolved the same day. Kuper, the installer, came back and found that he had accidentally forgotten to seal the corners of the gutters and corrected his error. I was also informed that I had been using the sales number for my service request (since no one redirected me to the other number when I was trying to schedule an appointment for 13 days, I assume this was just another part of the communication breakdown). Nonetheless, based on our issue being addressed, and at the request of the owner, I am updating my review.

2/27/2025 WARNING: Sales department is very responsive. However, if you try to get them to come back to fix something you may be in for a long, frustrating experience like I am having. My Initial impression of this company was very positive. They were quick to respond and came out and installed the gutter guards in an extremely timely manner. However, when they did the install, they didn't seal the leaks in the gutters as they had told us they would do as part of the installation. So now the gutters, which they agreed are in overall good condition, have the guards on them but leak. When we tried to contact the company to come back and seal the gutters, they have been VERY difficult to get a response from. I notified them of the leaks on Feb 14 and, to date, have had to message them 8 times to get an appointment scheduled (at first it was due to weather that they wouldn't come out but then they never follow up and when I did remind them that the roof is clear now, they didn't respond). When I messaged yet again today (Feb 27) because they hadn't responded to my last message they finally got back to me and scheduled an appointment for early March and we will see if it kept and if the work is done well.

Gutter Guard Experts. Highest product quality and longevity by my research…extruded aluminum support frame covered by stainless steel micromesh. No plastics. I’m confidant my Austrian pine needle problem is solved, which formerly was a twice a year, life-risking cleaning event. Family owned, very friendly and professional installers. A+

Gutter guards were installed today. Workers were prompt and courteous. Jason did not pressure me with bogus today-only bargain pricing (as I experienced with a competing company) or up-sell me to install leaf guards on the sections of me house that didn't need them because tree don't grow there. I appreciate that.

I looked at many gutter guard companies before choosing to go with 10XGutters/Gutter guard experts.

I’ve been to several home shows over the years to look at them as well. Looked at many YouTube videos.

I chose gutter guard experts for several reasons.

#1 Seeing the gutter guards in person, there is no way anything is getting past these guards and into your gutters except water/snow. #2 The holes in the gutter guards are so small, that your roof shingle granules cannot even get into your gutters. (Look at the photo I included. You'll see the granules sitting on top of the guards) Lots of gutter guards during heavy rains will not let all of the water into your gutters and some water will overspill, not these gutter guards. I’ve looked into this prior to buying these gutter guards.
#3 They claim that they can handle rains up to 2 in per hour. That is a very heavy rain. I have a Davis vantage pro2 Weather station at my house, so I can verify the claims from gutter guard experts to whether or not these handle a heavy rainfall or not. I have not been able to verify a 2 in./h rainfall yet, I would say that’s pretty rare. However we had a very large rain storm after these gutter guards were installed, and according to my Davis Weather Station, at one point the rain was 1.76 in./h, and these gutter guards still flowed freely letting all the water from the storm into the gutters without letting the water wash over the top of the gutters like some gutter guards deal and heavy rains.

I had them install the heated guards on the north facing gutters. I can't wait till winter when it snows because the the heated guards come with a remote control to turn the heat on or off.

The install went very good. They came out, checked the pitch of my gutters, adjusted the slope if needed, cleaned the gutters prior to installing the guards, etc. The job looks professional and so far the guards work well in heavy rain.

I'm happy I went with 10x/gutter guard experts.

We did all the research and met with multiple competitors. Melissa from Gutter Guard stood out as trustworthy and authentic (one competitor tried to bully us into making a decision that day). She gave us fair pricing from the start and didn't pressure us to make a decision. Her whole team was very knowledgeable and we love that they are family owned. They were quick to schedule and did a great job. Melissa understood her competitors and had samples so I could compare quality. Gutter Guard's quality was the best and their pricing was too. Highly recommend them!

Kuper arrived on time and was amiable, knowledgeable, hard working, and a great listener. He even worked through a thunderstorm! Our gutters were in good shape but had tons of debris in them and clogged downspouts and now the flow nicely and are protected from all the leaves coming from the trees surrounding our house. Kudos to the entire staff for making the process of protecting our new home so pleasant and easy!!!

Phenomenal work! I had some badly installed gutters that had rotted out my patio and part of my roof. They did a great job of fixing the rot, putting in beautiful new gutters and put on leaf guards so I don't have to clean out the gutters anymore. Premium service!! David is exactly the kind of contractor you hope to hire. He works hard and does the job right!

Update: This holiday season I got up on the roof to do lights, and now that I've gotten a good look at their work, I'm even more impressed with the workmanship of the new gutters, everything looks perfect!!!

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! It was such a pleasure working with everyone at Gutter Guard. They even sent thank you cookies! WOW! They came and did the work when they said it would be done and did it quickly. So far the guard is great but we've not had a heavy pine needle shedding since installation so can't fully review the performance. We also had the heater installed because we have trouble with ice dams and that seems to be working as expected too. I'm super happy with the purchase and would recommend it anyone!

This company and all their people are professional and skilled craftsmen and most of all honest and trustworthy. They cleaned and repaired a very expensive rug with utmost care.
