They didn't offer what I needed. Im a maintenence supervisor at a high rise apartment community, and I needed the outside windows cleaned on my building. But unfortunately I was told they don't do apartment community's. My search continues.

The areas I asked them to clean lol beautiful. I just wish I lbs more Spanish so I could communicate with them better

Sometimes you just need a little extra help cleaning and the 2kings cleaning crew came through. My house is clean smells good (No Lingering cleaning chemical smells) They followed safety guidelines which I appreciate.

Nick did a fantastic job removing a stain from my carpet. It was important to have it cleaned quickly, and he showed up within two hours from me calling. He was very professional, super quick, and got the stain out. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Very disappointed with this service. Payed $500 for a move out cleaning, and am now having to clean again myself. Our townhouse was in good shape prior to cleaning but several areas were not cleaned well. Specifically, the carpets and flooring did not appear to be touched. I did one pass with my vacuum and collected a ton of hair and dirt. Pictures attached. Would not recommend this service.

Chem-Dry is wonderful to work with! They went above and beyond for us following flooding we had from our water heater. Not only were they great to work with, but they also got the job done well.

I highly recommend Chem Dry for all your carpet needs. Also, I highly recommend Andres the carpet technician. He is an honest hard working individual who is truly interested in delivering to his customers a top notch job.

Karl from ChemDry came out clean our upholstery, and he called the owner On site, saying “never ask me to do this again.” He believed he ruin the chair, apparently this is the first time he do dry clean,He mostly does wet clean. The owner told him it is fine, the chair will dry next day, if not, we can call him. The next day, of course the chair still look ruined, my husband emailed and I called 6 times, because this is my favorite chair. No one answered. I left a voicemail, still have not hear anything. We just spent $170 for them to ruin our $2000 chair, and they are not even giving us a call back.

I had both red wine stains and stains from a sick cat. All came out beautifully. While I had them here I all had 20 year old tile cleaned and stained. Looks brand new. I will definitely use them again. On their web site there are links to coupons that make this a excellent deal as well. The guys were on time and professional.

Great company very professional; even got me squeezed in last minute on Thanksgiving eve! Nick, has cleaned for us twice now and every time he has been super friendly and awesome with my dog! Would highly recommend this company if you want a great job done at great rates with friendly people!

Justin called me before my appointment and actually came earlier. He is knowledgeable and explained the Chem Dry process which involves no soap and less moisture then steam cleaning. He did a great job!

Karl Franklin deserves a 5 star shoutout for the extraordinary results he was able to achieve with my antique sofa upholstered in antique damask in a light pink color. A very challenging project but it came out looking like new! I was thrilled! Karl was professional and highly skilled as well as incredibly patient! I was so grateful!!
