John Paul came out this afternoon and did an amazing job on our carpets! There was an area with urine stains from our dog and cat. John Paul treated the area with ChemDry's PURT II treatment, explaining the process and answered all of questions. I would highly recommend their services. I also greatly appreciate that they made time for me so quickly and even came early!

Arrogant and irresponsible business. The workmen called early to announce - contrary to plan - that they were coming an hour earlier than the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window. We started scrambling to move items as a courteous customer does before carpet cleaning. Then they showed up even earlier! Just 15 minute after the early time they'd announced.

But even worse, they were extremely RUDE. They not only arrived with no masks, but smirked and angrily refused! “ We don’t wear masks!” We politely offered them masks, which they brushed aside.

Colorado is under mask mandate based on the current deadly spread of Delta Covid Variant. Whatever their misguided position may be on Covid masks in their own lives, they were entering our home, which requires courtesy - at least minimal courtesy - to us in our home! As workmen here they would be guests.

We called the owner, who was no better. “We have no policy on masks,” he snapped. No apology.

My wife has used ChemDry franchises elsewhere for 35 years. They were always courteous and responsible. The others came on time, did good work and treated her courteously. They were tge opposite of these people, it would be a mistake for any homeowner to use them.

Pauline and Jeff were extremely professional, kind, and upfront about all of their services. Our family is now enjoying our 15 + year old living room chairs as if we just bought them. Great products and company. Highly recommended!

Andres was great. He called a half hour before he arrived and was right on time. He quickly measured the area and quoted me price that seemed pretty reasonable. He gave me a few tips on how to deal with some cat yack stains and got right to work. The carpets look great. I have used these guys before and will continue to do so. Thanks Chem-Dry.

The technician who cleaned my slate tile did a phenomenal job cleaning all the dog urine, grease in the kitchen and all other soil particles out of tile and grout. Corry, was professional, hard working and detailed to doing the job right. My wife is quite happy to see the white color in the grout again instead of the yellowish color and odor that is no more. You can see the true color of the slate pop out and just beautify the whole floor of our ranch home. Thanks Chem-Dry of Colorado for doing a superior job. I will definitely recommend you to others.

Chem Dry could have abused my ignorance and taken my money, but the tech was open and honest and told me cleaning was futile. Remove, Kill and Replace everything was his advice. He then walked me through the home with a light to illuminate stain, after stain, after stain, with odor to match. Integrity is a lost art, but not with Chem Dry. I also used Chem Dry at my own residence and was extremely pleased with the results. Price was perfect, and service excellent. Stop shopping, get Chem Dry!

We moved into a new house and the carpet smelled strongly from pets. Corey from ChemDry came over, gave us a very thorough estimate of what could be done, and got to work right away. He was pleasant and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right and made clear that he wasn't going to do any unnecessary work. He ended up recommending pulling up the old carpet and sealing the floor, and it worked well. No smells, and it's one less big project we have to do. Highly recommend!

Chem-Dry was prompt and we had lots of pet stains and other spots. My house looks great and drying time was minimal. John Paul was great and really worked hard, my husband was super impressed! We will go back to this company!

We tried this company today after reading all of the positive reviews and I cannot agree more with them. The guy that came out was friendly, handled really well my kids and dog being curious about him the whole time, and he treated my daughters room that smelled like pet urine after she went on our brand new carpet. I would use them again to clean our whole carpet next time and especially recommend them to anyone with a pet odor problem.

I am so very happy with the results of the PURT process and the regular carpet cleaning. My rugs are now clean and soft and smell good,also! Justin was the tech. that came out to give me an estimate and also, to do the cleaning. He was professional and courteous and hard working. I had never used Chem-Dry before but I certainly will from now on!

Blessed with a lot of family for the holidays but our carpets ended up a mess. Eric did a great job cleaning them; now they look and feel like new!

We were very pleased with our experience with Chem-Dry of Colorado. Our technician (Justin) was very polite and professional. The area rug we had cleaned looks like new and the entire carpet feels like it has had a facelift. We were debating the wisdom of cleaning the carpet again before we replaced it and are very happy that we did. The color is great and the texture seems improved.

Andres cleaned my carpet, and he couldn't have been more friendly and hardworking! Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaning that I feel can really clean my carpet. It leaves no residue and actually removes stains that I thought were impossible! I have been a devoted fan of Chem-Dry for about 7 years, and I wouldn't use anything else. The service I received from Chem-Dry Colorado was fantastic. When I called to schedule, they got me on the schedule within 2 days, and were so polite and professional. Andres did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet, and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Thank you!!!

Jeff and Pauline were professional, punctual and personable. They were respectful of my home and animals. They explained the solvents they were using and educated us on how different Chem Dry is to other companies. My dining room chairs had never been cleaned in over 15 years and I was AMAZED in the way stains came out and how brand new they looked again. I recommend them to come into your home!

We have a puppy, we have kids and therefore a gross carpet. We had previously hired a "professional" cleaning company and it was worthless. So I wasn't real excited to dump a lot of money into cleaning my carpets, but I haven't had time to do it myself.

Justin came over and was very nice and kind. I thought I needed the extra clean, but when Justin looked at our carpet he said we didn't need that kind of service. I really appreciated Justin's honesty and also the fact he saved us money. He was here for about 2 hours and our carpets look brand new. I had given up hope that they would ever look this good again.

Not going to lie, it wasn't cheap, but it WAS worth it. The puppy smell is gone, and my carpet looks like new. Super impressed with the results and would recommend to anyone!

Karl did a fantastic job (and I am not one easily pleased). Extremely professional, knowledgable, showed up on time, and very efficient. I even saved the receipt so that I can specifically request him next year.

Please beware. This company cleaned my carpet in October of last year. The tech did a thorough job, I have used them prior with satisfaction. I then get a call from the owner stating they did not process my payment correctly 5-6 months later. As they payments are initially sent by non secure email from tech to owner for process. They did not run my information correctly. I even received a paid invoice from the tech. This did not seem appropriate. I called my card with ensure I was charged by them all that time ago. I called back. Moving forward- I receive monthly bills with over due stamped on bill with additional late charges. I then call today to confirm payment and I had to close out all my credit cards as I became wary after my credit card company stated unsecured transactions are number one reason for breach of financials… this cost me money and time. And I called owner to confirm this. He admitted to receiving unsecure transactions and went on a rant about he does not have millions of dollars etc…. I told him what he was doing is illegal. He said what I was doing was illegal in eyes of God…so bizarre… all businesses please watch your charges and dealings.. I hope this is not happening to older folks or unknowing people. He then said f you and hung up on me.
