Big League Clean has been FANTASTIC! We have gone through countless cleaning companies, and to finally find one that is able to not only do the job extremely well, they are reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced. I would HIGHLY recommend Big League Clean to anyone.

Our 20,000 square foot office is clean every morning ourteam walks in, thanks to Big League Clean. They have done a great job at being consistent, which our previous cleaning companies were not. Our dedicated account manager checks in every couple weeks and makes sure to communicate with us as quick as she can - this is a well run organization and I can recommend if you have a larger office space that needs a professional cleaning service.

Great company with very clear and concise communication! Our company has been working with Nash and Amanda for a few years now and they do a great job. Amanda makes sure all of our needs are met, and you don't have to wait more than an hour to get a response from her. Cleaning crew is always on time and follows instructions closely. I am the Athletic Director at Boulder Country Club, and after many years of cycling through different cleaning companies, our Facilities Director discovered Big League Cleaners—and they have been outstanding from day one. Their communication is excellent, and they’ve consistently been willing to adapt to the unique needs of our facility. It’s never easy to define what should be cleaned nightly versus weekly or monthly, but Big League has always been flexible and accommodating.

Their management team is highly accessible, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about client satisfaction. Since they clean in the evenings after we close at 9pm, I don’t usually see their crew. However, during our annual deep clean—when our country club staff joins in from 9am–5pm—I had the opportunity to work alongside them for an entire week. They were phenomenal: assertive, hardworking, thorough, and extremely detail-oriented. We literally scrubbed walls together, and I was impressed that their standards were even higher than my own.

On the final day, we hired them to professionally clean our floors, which include a variety of surfaces: bamboo wood in the yoga room, rubber mats in the cardio and weight rooms, large tile in the lobby and restrooms, and multiple carpeted areas. Not only did they do a fantastic job on all of it, but they even cleaned our rugs—going above and beyond without being asked. Their carpet cleaning team was especially impressive: personable, experienced, efficient, and incredibly professional.

What stood out even more was how involved the owners were. They stayed in touch daily during the deep clean to ensure everything met my expectations, and they followed up afterward to confirm both my satisfaction and the accuracy of the invoice—something I usually have to chase down with other companies. Big League was always ten steps ahead.

Beyond cleaning, they’re also well-connected and can recommend reliable vendors for other facility needs, such as plumbing or tile and grout work. I can say without hesitation that I will hire Big League Cleaners for any job at our club.

I haven’t had a cleaning with Big League Clean yet, but I’m already impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. The guys at Shine did me proud this year. I’ve been wanting to have professional holiday garlan and lights installed. The team was professional and personable. They helped me decide what was right for the house and made everything easy. The house looked beautiful for the holidays and their takedown was seamless! Can’t wait to use them again next year!

Update:
Poor experience with Shine for 2022. After they did an excellent, and very professional job of hanging Christmas lights in 2021, we were looking forward to the same experience this year. That has not been the case. Many broken promises about arrivals, returns, repairs. Delay after delay, now a month after the lights have been installed, we are still waiting for them to return with the rest of our lights. The work is no where near the exceptional quality we saw last year (we asked Marcus to make it look like they did the year before and he said, "that's impossible"). We are paying for full service and receiving far from that. Disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Shine. We called to ask questions about Christmas light installation and within a couple days Will was at our home to discuss design/pricing. They were able to begin the install the very next day. The team was professional and hard-working. We had high expectations for the quality, and the job overall. Our expectations were exceeded. The lights are beautiful; perfectly straight, each bulb carefully placed. Great communication and customer service. Top-notch experience overall and highly recommended.
