My husband and I hired Shine to install Christmas lights on our house. Our experience has been amazing from start to finish. Will and the Shine team have been responsive, professional and did an amazing job with our lights! Our pup even tore up part of the extension cord and Shine came out the same day to repair. I will use them year after year. Keep up the great work!

We had both our guitars and windows/screens cleaned. Jeff was easy to reach to schedule an estimate and Greg was super attentive, detail oriented and thorough. Greg made a point to show us some issues with some our 25 year old windows which was appreciated! Jeff followed to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. New customer now a future repeat customer! Very pleased!

What should I say? We like the actual lights. The customer service is horrible. Wish I could give a zero score. I currently have white lights on my house when we’re supposed to have multicolored Christmas lights, and I had to badger and destroy relationships to get any type of response messages from this company. Would never use them again. Cost is outrageous for the service given. Rude. Condescending. Arrogant. Clueless.

The team that came to our house was awesome! Very considerate, informative and made sure we were happy with their work. We walked the property to point out any touch ups we wanted and they were happy to oblige. Strongly recommend this company and specifically Hunter, Raul and Jimmy!

First, the windows look incredible! The crew was prompt and delightful, even cleaned a few mirrors as they walked out the door. I’d definitely hire them again!

Shine recently completed their first service at my house for concrete power washing and window washing. Very happy with the result, and their willingness to come back for some touch up. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

We had Shine put up our Christmas lights. They were able to get us in last minute, and even had time to light up a few extra bushes we decided on the day of installation. Very pleasant to work with, both on the phone and in person, and our house looks festive just in time for the holidays! Thank you!

I had Shine of Denver provide me an estimate for power washing my backyard patio and front drive decorative concrete. Conner came out to provide the estimate and information about the company. He impressed me as really professional and truly interested in offering a quality job. He convinced me and I scheduled the washing for several days later. Raul, who did the majority of the work was amazing-fantastic job, careful and really hard working. Conner chipped in for a few areas of "fine tuning" and the entire job looked truly incredible. It was a big job, taking a good portion of the day, but they both wanted it to be perfect. They never wavered from asking me if I was pleased and wanting to know if there was anything else. the two of them could do.
I highly recommend these guys and this company. Given the work quality, although I used them this time for power washing, I will certainly consider them for window washing as they tell me they offer that service as well.

Dave and Greg have done an exceptional job on my residence, which has an abundance of windows! I am extremely pleased with the outcome, the smoothness of the entire process, and their high level of professionalism. Although I was aware that my windows were dirty, the transformation is truly remarkable.

Overall, we had a great experience with Shine mainly due to the customer service of Jeff and the expertise/service of Greg. This wasn't the smoothest experience but they made things right quickly and were responsive to all requests we had. Looking forward to using them for many years.

Shine Window Cleaning of Denver just tackled our windows, if I had to bet they had never been cleaned since the house was built in 2012. The crew that showed up was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. I will not hesitate to use them again, and I think we are going to have this done more often going forward...!

Greg & Sebastien did a great job. We have three stories and they managed to clean even the hardest to reach windows. They also took apart our old storm windows and cleaned those! They take a lot of pride in their work and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. They also helped us out by identifying a couple of maintenance issues that we would have never discovered on our own.
