This company is great! I called inquiring about stretching and cleaning only our family room. Pricing was very reasonable, AND they came to my house the same day! I fully expected it might be a few days out, so was truly amazed that they squeezed me and made my day to get the job done so quickly! They communicated by email and text, confirmed the plan, and the tech reached out when he was enroute. Gonzalo (tech) was awesome! He was very detailed, explained what was needed, provided progress updates, and the end result was awesome! They are a small business that take pride in what they do, and They are tremendous!

.We had an emergency! Called our usual carpet professional who could not come for a week. So much for professional loyalty. Googled "emergency carpet cleaners" , MSS was at the top of the list. Checked the reviews, and called. Alberto responded and within an hour Jason was on my doorstep! He did an amazing job. We were very pleased. One extra that we really liked was receiving the photo of our operator Jason. We knew who coming to our home so we felt good about to whom we were opening our doors! Great job MSS!

I scheduled with MSS after reading great reviews. What a great experience! David was communicative when running a little late. My carpets and stairs look amazing. David really takes pride in his work! Will definitely be using them again!

MSS did a wonderful job! They were up against the wall with carpet that has had to handle kids and pets for many years. Adrian Sanchez was a true professional and took on the project without hesitation. I would highly recommend MSS for all your cleaning needs!

The Experience: This company truly cares about their customer’s experience! We had some communication issues with a 3rd party customer service platform that MSS was testing out. Jasper who I assume is a manager took the time to call us and ensure a quality experience and service.

The Service: We weren’t sure our couch was cleanable but after Alex was done it looks brand new! Couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Both Jasper and Alex made this a great experience. This is a company I would refer my family and friends to.

I used MSS for two separate carpet cleanings. Both times MSS did a fantastic job of cleaning and revitalizing the carpets. The technician was professional and did a thorough job hitting areas where one of the pets had gotten sick. Everyone that saw the carpets commented on how well maintained they looked for their age (20 years plus). Unfortunately, we moved out of the area but if we had stayed, we definitely would have continued using them!

I have used MSS on a number of occasions. This company consistently meets and exceeds my expectations. They are on time, do a great job, easy to schedule, and cleanup after themselves. I would recommend using MSS over every other carpet cleaning company that I have used in the past.

I had a great experience with MSS Cleaning. It was so easy to book online and once I did they were able to get my carpet cleaned within a day or two of booking. I then received a text right away confirming the appointment. It was a tad expensive for a little bedroom carpet (minimum of $150), but it was worth it as I was putting my unit on the market and needed the carpet cleaned asap. The guys were super responsive to my texts and questions.

I have become a customer for life. After awful experiences with other carpet companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find one with the customer service, reasonable prices and amazing cleaning that MSS performed. The company was very accommodating to my schedule, they gave me an actual service time (not a 3 hour window), the carpets look immaculate, and the technician (also the owner) treated our home with respect. My schedule actually changed the night before the appointment, and they were able to accommodate my schedule by coming over 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Just incredible.

Had a great experience with MSS Cleaning. Had our carpets cleaned before selling our house. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly, the price was reasonable and the technician was on time. It was also easy to schedule the job with their team. Thank you for the service!

MSS cleaning was a no show. I tried to call multiple times and got zero explanation. Do not waste your time booking an appointment.

We're selling our home so it was imperative that the basement carpeting looked and smelled fresh. MSS Cleaning delivered! After listening to our concerns, the rep went to work. We could NOT believe how wonderful the carpets looked and how FRESH the basement smelled. Now, about two weeks and scores of prospective buyers later, the carpet still looks and smells great. MSS even managed to get rid of the typical basement mustiness. Thank you, MSS Cleaning!

Top notch service and work! Alex (our technician) was on time and had a great attitude about his job. He went above and beyond to make sure our carpet and tile was as clean as it could possibly get. Carpet looks like new and tile grout is back to the original color. Great work overall!

Mike did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and informative - communicative every step of the way. He gave me all of my options and his own recommendations. I felt I was able to make an informed decision on what products/services I chose. The end result was a higher quality than any carpet cleaning I have ever had done. My carpets look better than they did when I moved in! Thank you Mike and MSS! Won’t be choosing anyone else in the future.

The carpets looks great. We had some ripples after cleaning, but as Mike told me, they flattened out as the carpet dried completely. They also cleaned the tile and had to return to redo it because it was not clean and there were streaks and residue across the total area. Mike returned and was very accommodating in fixing what we felt were issues. Overall, we were pleased. They are not cheap, but I would say they did a good job, especially on the carpet.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Service started out okay. We thought they would clean our carpet at the house, but they ended up taking it “for a better service”. We were asked to pay upfront, which I found odd. I was told it would take a week. After a week with no communication, I emailed, with no response, so the next day I called and was told someone would be in touch with the status. No response still, so called again after 10 days because we were trying to leave town. Again I was told someone would reach out, but that didn’t happen either. After two weeks, we called again. We talked to the same call center which seemed apologetic, but still couldn’t get an eta or have someone call us back on our rug. I finally reached the gentleman who picked up our rug, by calling from a different phone. At this point, we expressed our frustration and they guaranteed we’d have it back by the following Wednesday. Wednesday came, they showed up late and gave me the carpet back, which was never even cleaned! We have called numerous times since to express our distain and have yet to receive a manger call back. This type of service is completely unacceptable! I have no idea how they have the ratings they do. My only guess is that they outsource, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of service or responsiveness! Unbelievable, do not use this company!

Highly recommended! Chose to go with this company based on their good reviews and was not disappointed. David helped us and was very friendly and did a fantastic job. He even got some paint out of our carpet that I wasn't expecting. I also liked that they have very professional scheduling with text alerts to let you know when the technician is on the way. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Easy online booking, Alex arrived on time and provided excellent quick service for stairs and rug cleaning. Particularly impressed that he got out a stain that had been there for years and previously attempted to clean by a different carpet cleaning service.

Excellent service. When I called, I was able to schedule an extensive service for the next day. David arrived on time, carefully evaluated the issues, and made recommendations based on my budget. It wasn't an inexpensive job, but overall the value was great and service exceptional. I will definitely use them for regular carpet cleaning in the future.

I highly recommend MSS Cleaning. Wesley did an awesome job suggesting the level of service I needed to remove stains from my puppy and other dog. It was not cheap but much cheaper than having to replace the flooring. He made sure everything looked good and that I was happy before leaving. There were a few stains they were not able to get up but that was because of the icy product I used to try and clean it up. Great service!!

We used MSS Cleaning for carpet cleaning and stretching. They were excellent to work with, very responsive and did a great job providing an estimate. The tech was on time and best of all, did an amazing job! We will definitely be using their services again!
