I had MSS clean all of my carpets - main floor & basement - and I couldn't be more satisfied. They were prompt, professional, efficient and careful. I will definitely use them in the future - thinking about having some carpet stretched. MSS has on online scheduling feature that worked really well.

I really appreciate the tech's advice and patience when he arrived at the property. He helped me think through how the tile cleaning would impact my older floors, which helped me make the right decision for the house. They cleaned all the carpets for me, and the odors and dirt are all gone. Very impressive. They were easy to get on the phone to schedule the appointment, and they were on time the day of the appointment. Good experience all around.

Update** This is my third time using MSS and they have not disappointed. This last time I had David, who did an exceptional job. The carpets were cleaned nicely and David was pleasant to work with. I will continue to use this company for all my carpet cleaning need.

Gilberto did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. The carpets were older and in pretty bad shape. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to get very clean. Boy was I wrong. Gilberto arrived on time and got the carpets looking new again. He was very respectful to the home and a pleasure to work with. The price was beyond reasonable and the service was top notch. I highly recommend MSS Cleaning and Gilberto for your carpet cleaning needs. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Excellent service and communication! Andrew and his team were very accommodating with our last minute schedule changes and fit us in within a few days after we had to cancel our initial appointment due to an emergency. We had our basement carpet and a sectional sofa cleaned. The team called to let us know they were on their way and showed up a bit ahead of time. Gilbert and Alberto took their time and did an excellent job, they were careful with the hoses and equipment and encouraged us to check everything to make sure we were happy. Great customer service, friendly crew, great job, and reasonable pricing - I'll be using MSS Cleaning again.

I highly recommend MSS cleaning. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. They did a fantastic job on our carpets removing stains from our pets and high traffic areas. Prices are reasonable. I will absolutely use them again.

Andrew and his team have beyond the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to fit both of my houses in with in a week notice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and took their jobs very seriously. I will most definitely use them again. Great service! You never really know what your going to get using a company for the first time. I called several companies & MSS had the best quote! They texted when on their way as promised. The worker showed up promptly. Very nice! Gave him the tour & then he was at it. I have a small townhouse, only 2 bedrooms & stairs. He was completely finished w/in about 45-50 minutes. Carpets look great & did not stay wet any longer than reasonably expected. Will use again!!

MSS Cleaning has taken care of the carpets in our rental house twice. They are timely, professional, and very easy to work with - especially when you're on a wildly tight schedule like I am. The carpets look great, and when I had issues with previous tenants and cat urine, they provided excellent support to correct the issue. I highly recommend them.

I called MSS based on the many positive reviews I read on google and yelp. Alberto answered the the call and we scheduled a time to clean my carpets. Two days before the scheduled time, I realized I would not be able to keep the appointment, and I called Alberto to reschedule. He was able to schedule for a day sooner! Jason was on time and very pleasant. We looked at the areas that showed traffic marks and he said he’d do his best. He did an amazing job! The carpets look like new! I wish I’d known about MSS years ago, and highly recommend this company.

If you're looking for a company to clean your carpets for your business, then look no further. MSS cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. I was able to tell the difference. Prices were reasonable, and the prices were better than their competitors. They were easy to work with as far as scheduling and were accommodating. I would recommend them.

They had availability within two days of my looking to book, which was great! Alex just left and I'm so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail as well as how my carpets look already even though they aren't dry. With three large dogs that like one area in particular to 'scope out the neighborhood', getting the carpets really clean can be a challenge. Not for Alex and MSS! I'm very glad I found a locally owned business and will definitely be using them again.

I had a scheduled appointment on 2/14/2025 at 300 pm. I received a text from Alex at 259 pm asking me to rescheduled due to him being on job longer than expected. The next appointment was scheduled for Wednesday at 900 am. I again received a text from Alex at 851am stating that it was too cold. The appointment was changed to later that day at 200 pm. Alex and his crew never showed up for the 200 pm appointment. Alex never returned text messages and I left 2 unanswered messages for the company. I had to rescheduled contracted work in my basement to accommodate this horrible companys failure to mange their time or schedule. MSS Cleaning and Alex business practices and customers service is abysmal and unacceptable. Giant waste of time. Apparently customer service or keeping their promised appointments mean nothing to these people. Do not use this company. Negative 5 stars.

Wonderful experience with MSS! After moving into an apartment that had not been reasonably cleaned from prior tenants, I knew I needed the help of professionals. I was able to schedule a morning appointment with only two days notice, which was great. Alberto showed up on time, was super friendly, and did an excellent job. The carpets look better than I would’ve imagined possible, and the pricing was very competitive.

I would absolutely use MSS again, and specifically recommend Alberto.

Highly recommend. We wanted our carpet cleaned because we have a new puppy that is being a little stubborn with her potty training. The carpet is old, but I don't want to replace it until she is potty trained. The technician from MSS (Mike I think) that came out actually recommended we don't clean the carpet because it is old and has too many stains. It simply wouldn't be worth it. It wad great to have a business not just take our money, but actually turn away work because it benefited the customer.

We had him clean the carpet in our basement instead, and he did an excellent job. The price seemed fair, and the experience was great. MSS is now our go-to for carpet services.

I have used MSS twice both for carpet cleaning - this time around Andrew called me because he had an earlier opening which worked well for us. He was friendly and professional and did a great job most importantly. The price is great as well. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a carpet cleaning with MSS Cleaning for my rental property on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. They were supposed to arrive between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM at the agreed-upon location, but they never showed up.

Since then, I’ve made multiple calls over the past four days to get an explanation, and not once have I received a call back. This lack of communication and total disregard for customer service is completely unacceptable.

If they had bothered to return my calls, I might have considered giving them another chance, but the unprofessionalism shown by both failing to show up for the appointment and refusing to follow up has left me no choice but to leave this review.

I expected far better service and reliability from a company that promotes itself as a professional cleaning service. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of reliable, trustworthy service. MSS Cleaning clearly does not value their customers' time or business.

I have been getting my rugs and couch cleaned by Alex from MSS for years and he always does a great job. He is very knowledgeable about the cleaning products and processes. In my home we have four pets so the pet hair is real & nothing helps our house smell fresh and clean like a visit from MSS. I highly recommend them for all of your residential and commercial cleaning jobs if you value quality work!

I scheduled an appointment for Friday, April 4th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. after rescheduling from Tuesday the 1st because my condo required a portable unit. I went through the trouble of moving all my furniture off the floor, but they never showed up.

I called three times, but each call went straight to an AI voicemail. I requested a callback to confirm if anyone was coming, but no one responded. I also reached out to Alex, the technician who originally visited, three times via text, but he never replied.

The lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them to show up for your appointment.

While I have had positive experiences with MSS twice in the past, when the company was a no-call no-show yesterday, and did not respond to my inquiry regarding the missed appointment today, I can no longer recommend their services. If something came up, e.g., a technician called in sick, etc, I would get it, simply call and let me know, but failing to show up, and not responding to my request for clarity the day of, or the following day, leaves me wanting. Fortunately, carpet cleanser are aplenty in Denver, and I found a new service provider with excellent customer service, so this I won’t happen again.

I would not recommend this company. After cleaning, my couch was left covered in water stains and completely ruined. When I reached out to let them know, their only response was, “oh man, that’s what I was afraid of.” No solutions offered, no accountability, just my damaged couch. Very unprofessional experience.

We called a couple of the more well-known carpet cleaning brands in Denver but the prices they gave us were much higher than we expected. We then called MSS and got the pricing we expected. Having never heard of them, we were a little nervous about the quality but that nervousness went away quickly. Alex was friendly and efficient and did an awesome job on 2 area rugs and one room and stairs of wall-to-wall. Great company!
