My Windows are so clean that the incoming light hurts my eyes ;-)
Mike and his crew are fast, hard working, kind, and AMAZINGLY affordable.
We have a mid-century modern ranch home with 19 mostly large windows and they were done in 2 hours. It was great; it would have taken me at least 8 hours along with a ladder outside. Window and screen washing (inside & out) is a HUGE amount of hard work -- do yourself a favor and call BREEZE! You won't be sorry. We are thrilled.

That was the best money I've spent in a long time. Mike and his crew were amazing! They are very professional and our windows have never looked better! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their windows cleaned.

Mike and his team came to our rescue when another window cleaning company simply didn't show up, with no call. Our property was being listed for sale within 3 days, and we were down to the wire. Mike returned my calls in the evening (thank you!) and squeezed us into his team's busy schedule asap, working with our limited availability. They did a great job (even cleaned the shower doors!), plus they were on time, very efficient and professional, and good communicators. From my first contact I was impressed with the responsiveness of the owner to my special request: cleaning windows where each screen had its own burglar alarm attachment. If they got mixed up the alarm wouldn't work and the problem would be expensive to correct. The service was meticulous, the job was done perfectly, and the people who came to my home were exceptionally courteous, neat, and helpful.

I am so pleased with the results of my window cleaning. Everything is so clean and spotless. Mike showed great care while in my home. He also gave me information about my windows and using my screens which was very helpful to me.
I was sent a email confirmation prior to my service date. He showed up on time. I received an email payment confirmation. All of these extras show attention to detail that I value.
I really appreciate how professional he is in all aspects of the business.

I have been very impressed with Breeze Window Cleaning. They did a great job. The proposal process was quick and very professional. The guys that cleaned the windows did a very good job and I was pleasantly surprised how professional they were. We have alot of windows, in a 100-year old house and many windows are "unique". The guys knew how to take care of the unique situations and the windows looked great. Only my husband, in his younger days, has cleaned our windows this well. They were quick but very thorough. Breeze is excellent. The young man and young woman that cleaned our windows were very professional and friendly. They did such a great job we are still in awe. This company is more than head and shoulders above the others. They are reasonably priced, too. We will hire them over and over again. It is now 2021 and we have been using these guys ever since 2018. They are very good and reasonable priced. We will continue to use them always.

Breeze Window cleaning and Mike did a fantastic job with my home. I called him and he answered right away, he booked an appointment, was able to service the home while I was out of town, and even emailed over an invoice. I was able to pay with a credit card and he made the service super easy. I would recommend Breeze Window Cleaning to anyone needing their window's shined up and their gutters cleaned! UPDATE 4/26/19! This is the second time I've reviewed Breeze Window Cleaning. They are fantastic. They come by my home twice per year - once for gutter cleaning and once for window cleaning. Mike is always professional, courteous, and timely. We had a simple miscommunication on the appointment time, but he corrected it right away and his guy was out there to window wash same day. The windows look great!! Thanks Mike!

Amazing service. He arrived on time, was quick and efficient, cost was extremely reasonable and windows look great. I have already recommended this business to several friends. I wrote this 2 years ago. Breeze did out windows again last week. Same great quality and service. Fast and reasonable.

Updating my review—This is the third time I’ve used Mike and Breeze. This time on our new build that had lots of dust and grime on the windows from construction near by.

This is our third year using Breeze Window Cleaning. Whether we have the same guys each year or not (it has been one of the two), they continue to do a thorough cleaning inside and out-side for us. Jan-Pro cleans our office space and they are great! They always let us know about issues they find and always do a good job!

We have been using Jan Pro to clean our office for several years now and we are still very happy! The office feels and looks clean. Jan Pro is great about getting the little areas that we requested including the dust off the back of the office chairs, the odd corners of the carpet throughout the hallway and that spot under the paper towel holder that gets dirty so quickly. Great value for the quality of cleaning. We have tried a few companies over the last several years and are glad we finally found Jan Pro. Whenever we have had a request or questions, we get a very quick response and problems are always addressed and handled promptly.

The hardest part with our former cleaning services has always been in communication. Jan-Pro has done an amazing job making sure there are always avenues for clear communication and evaluation. Thanks Jan-Pro!
