They were highly communicative & checked in days before the cleaning, as well as when they were on their way the day of. Excellent job cleaning - our old (new to us) Victorian house looked great by the time they were done. Everyone was very professional, communicative & thorough. Will definitely be using them again!

I cannot say enough good things about organic maids! We had tried many other services before, but we're never totally satisfied. They have such attention to detail and leave our home wonderfully clean and toxin free. Logan is great to work with and our teams of maids Thelma & Tere, Jade & Maria, and Madison are so courteous, professional, and wonderful!

Another great experience with Maids of Denver! Shantee and Carrena were fantastic, especially with my wood floors. They were thorough and efficient. I found MoD through Amazon, but now I just book directly. It's easy and they have Saturday hours. I've used them 3 times now and I've been very happy with the results.

Tanya & her team were absolutely amazing! They left the house spotless, were incredibly friendly, and even came back to finish a couple of things that they missed by accident. They were back within 48 hours, took care of the few things they missed, did another check of the house to fully make sure nothing else was missed and did a phenomenal job! Our house with two dogs, a cat & 3 people is spotless and we will absolutely use them in the future! Tanya & Logan are incredibly kind people and we will be using this service in the future!

Fantastic work! Highly recommended. They did a great job on our small apartment and prices were very reasonable. Super friendly and great communication. Arrive promptly. It was a huge help to get my apartment cleaned. Will be using them again.

Our past two cleaners, Tania and Jennifer, were super efficient, friendly and went above and beyond. We love Organic Maids because they have never missed a cleaning, always let us know if they are running behind, use organic cleaning products, and only send vaccinated team members (and require them to show up masked and ask if OK to remove them). Highly recommend!

This was by far one of the best cleanings I've ever had. Alejandra and Miguel wasted no time in getting everything completed, and they were so nice. They paid extra attention to the areas that were in need of a deeper cleaning (area rug with a TON of pet hair, shower doors with a lot of buildup). I love that they use non-toxic cleaning supplies. My house smelled so fresh afterward! Thank you so much!!

Excellent communication and customer service when booking and providing feedback. The cleaners work hard and do a great job. Everything looks and feels clean and all the products they use are great...no harsh chemical smells or residues to worry about with our fur babies.

Our team at Organic Maids did an AMAZING job on our small bungalow. This was our first time using their services and I am SO impressed with the attention to detail, especially given the pricing. Only complaint was that they didn’t lock the door on their way out (it locks from the inside), but no incident. We will definitely hire Organic Maids again!

Organic Maids was a very pleasant company to schedule with, and my technician Valeria did an incredible job. She was thorough and able to clean a difficult spot in my bathtub that no other cleaning companies were able to clean to my satisfaction.

Francis and Jasmin were amazing! So nice and did great work cleaning my home. 10/10 and will be using them again.

I so desperately wish I could give zero stars if I could. I asked for a “deep clean” that costed almost $500 dollars and they had 3 people in my home who only wiped down the surfaces of the counters for 3 hours. How is that deep clean? My floors were filthy, the insides of all of my cabinets were disgusting and nothing was done. Instead of moving into my home, I spent 3 hours cleaning up what should have been done. Instead of providing me with any form of refund, they said they would “come back and clean”. No thanks- it’s already done! Not to mention the operations manager who called me was deeply unprofessional and spoke over me the entire call. RUN from this company.

The absolute worst decision I have ever made in regard to my house was to have them clean it. $500 wasted. Absolutely nothing was cleaned. I drove 10 hours that day across the country to walk into a filthy home. I think the oven might have been cleaned, but that is not a 3 person, 2 hour, $500 bill job. After contacting them about our concerns they said absolutely nothing can or will be done from them on their side. They also claimed they mopped our floors (again, not a $500 job) which was so easily proven false given the floors were filthy.

Please listen to me and do not use this company. There are so many others in the Denver area that are far more deserving of your business.

Update: Wanted to add some photos. In their 'What is included section' they talk about wiping down vents they can reach and trashcans. Please take a look at the trashcan and the vent. Both of those I cleaned the night after driving in across country. Timestamps on the photos can back it up.

I cannot even express how impressed I am by Organic Maids!! Their customer service, employees and actual services are freaking phenomenal! I had a house that was an absolute mess (it’s a long, sad story…) and Organic Maids cleaned it in one appointment beyond anything I was expecting!! The extensive list of options for cleaning offered the exact, custom cleaning that I needed and the quoting process was very clear and understandable. They worked with me on my animals being in the home, on the house being in incredibly bad shape and they were very quick and eager to answer all my questions. And the house was so CLEAN! All without the harsh, nasty chemical smells because everything they use is organic!! Unbelievable!!! This company went above and beyond and I look forward to continue getting their services and I will full on recommend them to everyone!!!

Keith was an experienced and professional employee to work with. He was got right to work and finished all requests in one visit. I have entrusted our dual property hotel with this company on a few occasions and for multiple cleaning projects and they have not disappointed. If they can get the job done for a hotel that runs at a 90% and above occupancy with 302 rooms, I assure you I would trust them with my home projects as well. The timely work is more than a necessity here as well. I love working with them all. From Katy in the office for scheduling and billing to Steve assuring a job well done and Josh in upholstery by mistake. It takes a team! I am glad Josh took the time to come and walk with me on the first project because now I have a company I can call on when something is out of our expertise.
