Paul S did our carpets and they look phenomenal. He did quick work and explained his prices and expectations clearly before getting going. The results are better than I could have expected on this old carpet we have. I'll absolutely use them again and request Paul if I can.

I had a fantastic experience with Doc’s of Denver. They handled an area rug, carpet on the stairs, my sectional, the dryer vents & even my kitchen grout - and they did an outstanding job on every single service. Dan & Harry were polite, quick, friendly & very reasonably priced. I was especially thrilled that they could take care of everything in one visit so I didn’t have to juggle multiple companies. I’m extremely pleased with the results & will definitely use them again.

Paul Shuster did wonders on our carpet! He was understanding and knowledgeable of the situation. The company in a whole was easy to work with and very upfront. Everyone went above and beyond. We will be using them in the future.

Paul arrived on time. I was surprised by the high cost for two hours of work. There were five bedrooms with cleaning required for the walkways only. We had some stains which looked better at first but once the carpet dried the carpet has blotches all over. Very disappointed. When I called to scheduled I was told I would only be charged for the square footage cleaned. When Paul measured I asked why there was so much sq feet when I only needed the walkways. He said he’d adjust it because he had added a closet. When I saw the receipt I was charged 100 sq feet per room even when 100 sq feet wasn’t cleaned. Then a charge of $125 for carpet protector. I was not asked if I wanted this add on.

Had Doc’s clean our basement carpet and the end result is fantastic. They made it look like new, especially the stairs that had seen quite a bit of foot traffic from our dogs’ muddy paws. They were on time, professional, and the whole service was no more than an hour. I also found them to be reasonably priced. Will definitely hire them again!

While visiting my daughter, my golden retriever made a mess of her carpet. Paul went above and beyond cleaning all of the areas she hit and even more than we had requested. The carpets looked BRAND NEW and not a trace of her accidents remained. He was a delight to have in the home; very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. His advice and professionalism was terrific. He was so hard working and diligent to remove the stains and educate us on the maintenance going forward. I was scheduled as soon as possible by the pleasant receptionist. Paul was on time and highly communicative. Just a GREAT experience.

After everything dried, we noticed a few areas where the carpet color had been affected due to a chemical imbalance. Thankfully, Doc’s of Denver came to the rescue! They did some amazing touch-ups to perfectly match the original carpet color, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We highly recommend Doc’s of Denver. They’re a wonderful local family-owned company that truly cares about their customers. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any future cleaning needs!

We had our carpets cleaned and dryer vent/ducts cleaned by Paul and Ryan. They did a fantastic job and were friendly, professional, and efficient. I was working from home while they worked and they were incredibly respectful of my space and home. Definitely would recommend!

We are long-time customers. They are always on-time and the tech works his fanny off. Carpets always look great afterwards.
They use a wet process, but their equipment has enough suction that most of the water gets removed, and the carpets are completely dry by the next morning.

We had a Groupon carpet cleaner come out and two weeks later the carpet was all matted together because there was so much residue left in the carpet that it was all sticking together. We called Hawkeye out and they got all the residue off and left the carpets in so much better shape. By the way, they were half the price of the Groupon group I had called the quality of work is so much better with Hawkeye. They get my highest recommendation.

Marc did a fabulous job. When he wasn't satisfied with the initial result, he took our rug back and reworked it. It came out beautifully, despite a large coffee stain in the center of the area rug! Great service and I absolutely will use Hawkeye again!! Thank you.

I was in a jam and needed an afternoon appointment, as part of closing on our old house. Hawkeye returned my call and squeezed me in that same day. Service tech was very professional and courteous. He even stopped to help lift a piece of furniture to the car.

I have used Hawkeye several times over the years and I consider them the best carpet cleaning company out there. Marc does a great job, he uses the scrub machine which leaves your carpet so much cleaner than suction alone and the carpet is almost dry when he leaves. Will continue to use Hawkeye for the future!

Marc and his team were amazing! So easy to schedule and Marc works very hard to make sure you are happy with your results! He went the extra mile to clean our sectional couch and rug. I would definitely recommend Hawkeye Carpet Care for carpet, rug, tile/grout and duct cleaning! They are the best!

Paul spent time to answer all my questions. He was thorough and the carpets look great. I will certainly use Hawkeye again, although Paul said our carpets, new 10 years ago, were still in good shape and probably wouldn't need to be cleaned in several years.

Excellent service! It’s the third time we got our area rugs cleaned. We have a toddler and a baby, so no matter what we do to protect the rugs they get stains all over. The rugs came back this week, scheduling pick up and delivery was the easiest and the rugs look like new again. Paul is great, super helpful and put them back exactly how they were. I’ll be calling soon again for the couch.
