First time using Hawkeye Carpet Care and they were fantastic! I had to reschedule a few times but Katy was super understanding and patient. Mark showed up on time and did an incredible job of cleaning our basement carpet which our dog had started urinating on. We couldn’t believe how well the stains came out and it smells a thousand times better now. He also cleaned an area rug and runner that were in high traffic areas and they look brand new. Quality was exceptional and the price was perfect. We will absolutely use Hawkeye again! Highly recommend!!

I don’t often give 5 stars, but Daniel from Hawkeye did a thorough and excellent job. He was very professional in his approach to customer service and took great precautions when cleaning our carpets in our newly-painted loft and stairwell. They even put guards up around corners so furniture and baseboards would not get scratched by their hoses! I will definitely be using them again in the spring!

I have been using Hawkeye Carpet Care since I moved back to Denver 10 years ago and cannot give them a good enough review. Always professional, prompt and friendly...especially Paul. Plus my carpets always look like new afterwards. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

I randomly chose Hawkeye and so glad I did! I grew up in the carpet cleaning industry and still work for the family business which is located outside of Denver. My renters had really trashed the carpet and I knew their store rented machine left residue all over. Thank goodness for Paul and David! They were professional, timely and respectful of the space. The carpets did a 180! Exactly why I always use the professionals when it comes to carpets. Thanks guys!!

I've used Hawkeye going on over 2 years now. Never been disappointed. Paul does a fantastic job, and he's extremely personable and professional. The level of service is outstanding, and the carpet looks new for months after they've been cleaned. Companies I've used in the past the carpet looks good for a couple weeks at best. I can't say enough great things about Hawkeye. Highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing service, experience, and value! I spilled coffee on my brand white new carpet, and Daniel was able to remove the stain entirely. He arrived promptly at the time indicated and within an hour, the carpet was spotless. Additionally, he cleaned a second room with pet stains, and it looks like new. I highly recommend using Hawkeye if you need to clean or restore stained carpets.

I had an excellent experience using Hawkeye Carpet Care. Paul came out to clean the carpets in a home I had just purchased. He was on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. My carpets look great! Afterward, I asked about air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Paul explained that process and cost so I easily scheduled another time for him to come back out to complete those cleanings as well. Paul and a co worker (whose name I can’t remember unfortunately) came back for the duct and vent cleaning. Again, they arrived on time for the appointment. Both were courteous and respectful of my home, worked efficiently and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were very helpful and shared great tips on maintaining the cleanings they had performed before they left as well. It was a very positive experience and I will be sure to call them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Hawkeye, and Paul specifically. He did both carpet and vent cleaning at my home. Paul is a fantastic professional to work with. He cares deeply about his craft. He works with a calm efficiency that is only earned through a lot of hard work and experience to master his skills. He knows his equipment and processes like the back of his hand. I’ve used Hawkeye for years now and have always been very satisfied with the job they do, so we used them at my Mom’s house yesterday. Her carpets have never been professionally cleaned, so this was a big job. Paul arrived within the window of time we were told he would. I’ve met Paul now on two occasions and couldn’t recommend him more. Excellent customer service, very professional and kind person. He took his time, explained every aspect of the job and gave recommendations on how to keep mom’s carpet in top shape. He did an excellent job getting the stains out that we thought would never come out…we were both very pleased. Paul enjoys what he does, you can see it in his work and in his kindness. I’ll be using Hawkeye at my house again in the spring. I highly recommend Paul with Hawkeye, you won’t be disappointed!

The deep clean that the two ladies did on our home was first class excellent. The blinds, looked new. The glass shower looks like it has never. The tile floor looks so clean. We had hard water stains that we tried everything to get out. Mop Stars did it. We love them. This was world class great. Great price for the massive amount of work they did. Totally use them again.

Did a decent job. Denver MOP Stars did a great job of getting someone out to my house quickly. The crew, overall, did a good job, although they missed some important details. MOP Stars offered to have them come and fix the issues, but it would have been too late for what I needed, so they offered me a discount on the services, which I greatly appreciated.

This was the best investment in our recent home purchase, to get a deep clean. Our new home had a terrible odor from the prior owners pets. One call to Mop Stars had their finest crew, Maria and Monica on site the next day. A quick walk through and they went straight to work scrubbing all the floors, wiping out every cupboard and drawer, interior windows, bathrooms. There was a toilet which was gross, had terrible stains, I was planning to replace it, figuring it was a lost cause - to my surprise they got that thing sparkling clean as new. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very nice people. I will definitely use Mop Stars in the future. Very pleased with the results.

Recently we had a deep clean with Cleide and Alex that was GREAT. They were flexible and mindful of me as they worked. Cleide was so sweet and I felt comfortable the whole time. I am so glad we found trustworthy and efficient cleaners to help us stay up on the house!

This crew that cleaned my Mom’s house after we moved her out did an amazing job! They were prompt and friendly! They did such a thorough job and made the house move in ready! I highly recommend using Mop Star services!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our service with Mop Stars today. They are hit and miss. It depends on the crew they send. They are expensive and we were happy to pay their price when the service was worth it.
Today the cleaning was so horrendous we were forced to cancel. The family room tables were not wiped down. The bathroom floors were dirty, closet carpet not vacuumed, all lights turned on. They spent one hour cleaning a greater than 5000 square foot home.
We have spoken to the owner and Holly before and they have always promised to try &!correct the situation but sadly they have an unhappy staff that is unreliable with what appears to be a large turnover. Very sad as now we have to start over looking for a new company and cannot recommend Mop Stars.
I felt it was important to let the public know about our poor experience. I don’t post reviews often, but the company was given multiple chances to correct the issues & were not capable of offering quality service.
