Selene recently cleaned my home and she did a fantastic job. My husband and I along with our 3 animals were all home and she was very accommodating to that fact that we were home. She did an amazing job dusting, cleaning the bathroom, moving the couches (!) to vacuum. My animals were thrilled to see all their toys again. We're looking forward to booking our services with here again.

Mop Stars cleaning crew did a fantastic job of cleaning our new home before we moved in. They went above and beyond and I already have them scheduled to clean again.

Truly I wish this review could be higher. After reading all of the previous reviews I had very high hopes for this company. The job was not done correctly. As the cleaners have already left I am continuing to clean up dust around my townhome. Simple things such as the banisters, light switches, window seals, trimming and even behind kitchen gadgets is not clean. I talked with Guy and he simply told me that not all of this could be cleaned in one 4 hour session. While that is completely understandable there are areas such as the toilet rims that were not cleaned but yet the rest of the toilet was. He then brings up the fact of before and after photos. Guy basically said that we should of shared photos with him before the cleaning even though his website nor him told us about this. His reasoning on the phone was all about photos and quoting when we paid for a deep clean. For a Google verified company you would think that the customer service would be a bit better than blaming the customer. Also the cleaners didn’t even say goodbye they kinda just left. Very dissatisfied. I can attach more photos and videos if needed, I have plenty.

Ana and Albi did a marvelous job. I was so impressed by their thoroughness, from wiping down cabinets to vacuuming a pattern in the stairs. Their attention to detail was really impressive. The house is gleaming and we are so satisfied!
