These guys came out and gave me a written estimate. Then they came out as scheduled, on time. Very professional and did a great job. A great surprise was that they actually came in a bit under their estimate! When does that ever happen? I’ll definitely use them again!

Elite did a fabulous job on my windows. I found out about them because the same owners do my Christmas lights. They were on time, expeditious and professional with the window work, just as they are with my lights! I love my new clean view!

If they clean windows anything like they park I would steer clear of them! Neighbor thinks it's ok to park his rear step of his van underneath the front bumper of my truck even though he had 10 feet in front of his van, and has done it multiple times

We used Elite for our window washing inside snd out this year. They are prompts, incredibly thorough and did an amazing job! They were fairly priced and were in and out within a couple of hours! Highly recommend their services for your window cleaning needs!

Unfortunately huge disappointment, it was my first time working with them and first impression are really important. Well not in this case I got two of “ professional “ cleaning ladies should be all good , I was home doing some work upstairs and not paying attention to them well everything was done almost in rush but that’s not only the problem now I know why, one of them managed to destroy and deep scratch my kitchen cabinets. For “professional “ cleaning person first thing is you should know to not use metal brushes to clean wood that’s first , second if you damaged one why would you go and keep doing same thing on rest of it. Also no any respect or concern or even honesty to come and tell me what happened. I contacted them immediately after I saw damages also I sent photos, I got answers that they need to do future investigation that was 12 days ago and I didn’t hear anything from them. Anyway please be careful if you do book with them and just don’t let them be alone not just cabinets that they are destroyed also I catch them cutting corners missing to clean few things that was on list.

I couldn’t be happier! We were in a huge pinch, because the guy who we hired to clean our rental property met my husband at the property and then when my husband left, he bailed without doing anything! My husband got an email from him the next morning letting us know that he didn’t do the work. Our renters were scheduled to move in the next day. I searched Google and found Neat N Tidy. From the moment Jeff answered my call, I knew I was in good hands. He said they could do a same-day cleaning for us. I met Izabel at our property, and she and her partner were right on time! She was sweet and friendly and made sure she knew what needed to be done. A little over 2 hours later, Izabel texted asking me to come check it out. Oh, my! My little rental was scrubbed top to bottom! I am thrilled with the service I received. I feel like the other guy did us a favor by leaving, because had that not happened, I would not have found Neat N Tidy!! Amazing is an understatement. Pricing was also really reasonable! I will be using them from now on.

Neat and Tidy did a phenomenal job. The apartment I left was almost all hardwood and takes a lot of effort to clean but the 2 individuals that showed up were able to get the job done in no time. They even made it simple too! Thankfully my apartment has a code that can be entered to gain access to the apartment so I was able to provide that to them while I was at work. They even make sure to give you some time to see how it looks too after they are done and everything simply looked perfect. 10/10

First time to have professional cleaners by Neat N’ Tidy, love to give 5 start because they do a really great job specially in my old condo. Junior and Sandra did really well in cleaning .Definitely recommendable to others who like to have professionally cleaning in home .

Neat N’ Tidy was amazing. They were here on time. They were very professional and their communication was amazing. There were two people who could call or text me at any time as well as the actual cleaning lady herself. Her name was Rosie and I would Highly highly recommend Her she’s fast, articulate, pays very close attention to detail and she is very sweet. This company is awesome. Their prices are very competitive and they really take pride in ensuring the customer is happy and satisfied I would give them 100 ⭐️’s if I could, but since I can only give 5️⃣ then ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it is!!!
