I never post reviews even when I have an awful experience but this was so bad I genuinely feel the need to warn people. Based on the reviews, I would assume it’s sort of the luck of the draw whether they will do the work or rip you off but I wouldn’t waste your time or money either way.

They did a great job cleaning. Everything was spotless for our move out. We did have some timing difficulties, but they got there and got the job done beautifully

Great communication leading up to our appointment. Cleaner arrived early and went above and beyond by cleaning more areas of the home than we had requested even though it was a flat rate deep clean. She even swept off the front porch as she left.

Scheduled a move-out clean. Unfortunately they were nearly 2 hours late to the cleaning, and broke a fan while cleaning. The clean was fine and thankful they offered to replace it without charging me. They scheduled the time to replace it, and I drove the hour from my new home. they did not show up to the scheduled appointment and after 3 hours I left back home. They continued to not communicate with me and delayed fixing the fan until last minute. It was broken on Sunday, promised to be fixed Monday at 9am, needed it replaced before 2:15pm on Friday and they showed up at 2:00pm after I had to get stern for they were trying to delay the fan being fixed again. They would say they had the fan, then would tell me they didn’t have it yet, it was very frustrating, I wasted a lot of energy and time due to taking off work to get this done and have them not show up and then told me hours later they had to delay. I unfortunately would not recommend after all of that.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Neat N Tidy! Lashawna was an absolute dream, so professional and kind and the place is absolutely spotless after her diligent work. I can’t thank her and the team enough!

0 stars if I could, I just moved and paid $450 for a deep clean which included cleaning inside appliances, windows, cabinets, etc. it’s a moving in cleaning because it’s an empty house, nothing in the way. 2 girls showed up I told them they don’t need to do the basement but needed the floor to be moped and also focus on the spots on walls, doors and cabinets as well. I heard the vacuum go off and some water running and 2 hours later, I was told they’re done. They said the hardwood is stained and they scrubbed but it’s not coming off, it smelled ok but they barely touched anything else other than the carpet. It was NOT a deep clean and I was beyond annoyed that they had the audacity to tell my they were done and I didn’t want to argue about the floor “stains”. The walls doors and windows still had marks and dust. I also took a mop I had, floor cleaner and water and moped the floor myself and the supposed stain came off easily and the water bucket was brown and gray as if they “moped” with a swiffer or hopes and prayers. If this was deep clean, I’m scared to see what is a normal clean. I wasted almost $500 for a mediocre surface cleaning that took a few hours. I guess it’s a lucrative scam.

Hired for an apartment move out because I didn’t have enough time with my work schedule. Paid a lot of money and they stole some of my cleaning products. Around $50 worth. When asked to be returned or credited they never responded. I also got charged by my old apartment $25 oven cleaning fee. Don’t use them if you want your property to go missing my old apartment was practically empty besides one cabinet full of products.

Beware of this company. I got a quote then had to cancel the service. I got charged a cancellation fee then was set up for weekly service when I never asked for it. I got charged over $300 and have not been able to get the money back and it’s going on the second week of waiting for my credit card to be refunded. They keep giving me excuses and the runaround saying just wait another 48 hours. I have had zero service but they have taken my money without authorization!! Stay clear!!
