What I love most is their consistency. It doesn’t matter who’s on the team — the results are always the same: baseboards dusted, fans shining, corners spotless, and bathrooms gleaming. They’re quick, too. My 1,500 sq. ft. space looks absolutely perfect in about an hour and a half, which is amazing given how thorough they are.

They’re also reliable and trustworthy. They arrive on time, bring their own professional supplies, and treat my home with respect. On the rare occasion something goes wrong, they own it and make it right — which is rare in any service business today.

I've been a customer of The Maids for about 6 months now and they're wonderful. Kelly with their office team/scheduling is incredibly flexible. I have a reoccurring cleaning schedule in place with them, but my personal schedule is a bit all over the place. She has always been incredibly responsive and accommodating, sometimes the day of!

The cleaning teams are amazing as well, Lola's team, Esther's team, and the Green team have been awesome. I'm always so excited for the day of the week when they are scheduled to come to my home. A clean house is like a mini vacation from my own self-made chaos!
