We have had some work done on our house recently, so hired 5280 House Cleaning for a one-off deep clean. Team 15 came yesterday and did a great job. They were super friendly and professional and most importantly, cleaned every nook and cranny! Also, the company communicates well regarding arrival time and confirming the appointment. The folks at 5280 Cleaning worked with me to clean our new house while we were in the middle of a long distance move. They were flexible, communicated well and stuck to their commitments. The crew did a fabulous job! There was not a speck. It was such a great feeling to come to the new house for the first time and have the entire place just completely, totally spotless. Excellent!

The highlight of my Monday was having 5280 cleaners come by. My husband recently got a new job after taking a sabbatical and being the "house-husband" so we decided to take the plunge and get cleaners. This place was recommended by a friend and she gave a glowing referral. After the first cleaning, everything she said was true. They did an AMAZING job. Like I was flabbergasted. Small things that we never think to do like dusting the ceilings and our microwave is SPOTLESS. They wiped down some chairs we hardly use and I have never seen the floors this clean. My husband cleaned every week! He did a great job! But these people are next level. I signed up for bi-weekly cleanings immediately.

Wow! I don’t think our house has been so clean since we moved in. They are very thorough and thoughtful. And the best part is, with the house so clean, my family members are now cleaning up after themselves. That’s never happened with other cleaning teams. Thanks 5280!

Best maid service ever! They did a great job and got along well with my two German Shepherds. We signed up for bi weekly cleaning.

Never Again.
I had used this cleaning service years ago and was thoroughly impressed—they were communicative, attentive, and exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, this recent experience was the opposite. I was scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 8th. When no one arrived by 11:15, I had to call to find out they’d be late—no prior notice.

When the cleaners arrived, it was clear they weren’t briefed on my expectations, and communication was difficult as they didn’t speak English. While they did a fair job overall, several small but noticeable areas were missed, and they used improper cleaning products on my stainless steel appliances, leaving me to re-clean them myself.

To make matters worse, I was overcharged without notice. I’ve since contacted the company to correct the billing and am currently waiting on a resolution.

This experience was frustrating from start to finish, especially given how good they once were.

I have been using 5280 for house cleaning for over a year. Initially, they provided excellent service with reliable staff. However, since just before Christmas last year, there have been continuous staff changes with each cleaning. As a result, I find myself repeatedly having to re-instruct the new staff on my expectations. It has become a gamble as to whether my house will be thoroughly cleaned when they leave.

Today, while the crew did a decent job overall, they broke my sliding patio door and failed to inform me. If I had not been home, my house would have been left unsecured with an open and unlocked door. When I contacted the company about this issue, the staff claimed they "thought I was outside." However, I had made it clear upon their arrival that I would be downstairs in my office if they needed anything. Furthermore, one of the housekeepers even tapped on my office door to inform me they were leaving, which contradicts their claim that they thought I was outside. Also, we walked right past the unsecured, broken door as I walked with the staff memeber to let her out the front door. She had the perfect opportunity at that time to notify me of the problem with the door. Instead, she hurried past it.

The bottom line is that if I cannot trust the staff to communicate when there is a problem and they are willing to lie when questioned, I cannot trust them in my home, especially if I am not there to oversee their work.

When I first contracted with 5280, the consistent crew made me confident in recommending them. Unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined. I have no idea who is coming into my home, and the quality of cleaning is inconsistent. I have tried to work with them for several months, and they repeatedly tell me they will "send their best crew," promising that it will be a consistent team. Now, not only is there inconsistency, but I also cannot trust who they are sending to my home.

This company does a very thorough job on cleaning my house. They are easy to communicate with and they will change dates if needed. The ladies who work in our home are very kind and are always on time. We have used them for aprox. 4 years, and we highly recommend them.

Our family has used 5280 House Cleaning for over 18 years. They have always been high integrity, hardworking, thorough and caring with our house. Thats why they continue to thrive through all the challenges our Country has been through.

Most recently, Alma and Magdalena, cleaned our house with meticulous, loving care. Thank you ladies and God Bless you all.

I used the service for the first time today, and it was amazing. Brenda and Elizabeth were extremely kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I'm not kidding when I say I don't think our house has ever been cleaner. I will definitely be coming back and hope to get Brenda and Elizabeth again!

I have had 5280 do housekeeping for me for over 6 months. They always do a great job and everything looks fantastic when they are finished. My only criticism is that I wish they spoke more English as sometimes they miss what I want.

We had a move in/out cleaning done at our new house, and the house looks amazing! The team: Alma, Blanca, and Lisi were fantastic. They were all very friendly, very professional. We purchased the house, and the original sellers had moved out a while ago. The house was probably average as far as being dirty, but since no one had lived there, almost everything was covered by a layer of dust. The refrigerator was horrible. The stove was covered in a layer of grease. I didn't take any "before" pictures, but I did snap a few "after" pictures. This floor was filthy. It came out beautifully. We went from thinking the floor might need to be refinished to realizing it was just dirt. The fridge looks BRAND new. I walked past one of the bathrooms, and she was on her hands and knees cleaning the floor. I've never had anyone clean to that level before. They did such a fantastic job that I have signed up for ongoing cleaning and requested the same team.

Booked a deep clean service for a 1 bed 1 bath and they said it would take about two hours. It doesn’t appear that they dusted, mopped or vacuumed. Counters are still dirty and they didn’t touch the baseboards. I honestly don’t know what they cleaned. Super disappointed with this service. I expected so much more. Would not book again.

We are always so happy to come from work twice a month to a clean house! I can't speak directly about our cleaners as we are not here to greet them or meet them but our house is always very well taken care of each time they clean. We have used 5280 for years and will continue to use them for the reliability and consistency of their work. Thank you!

5280 does an excellent job for my home in Denver. They are very organized, responsive, and helpful and make my house look sparkly clean! Highly recommend.
