I have to say, I am VERY particular when it comes to my house cleaners and nobody has been able to make me happy….until now! Team 16 came to my house and did an incredible job; inside out. I went from room to room checking their work and everything was perfect! I believe you get what you pay for and my ladies, team 16 were just incredible. I had no problem signing up for every two week servicing. Thank you to 5280 North Office and especially team 16 for doing such an amazing job on my home!!!!

5280 Cleaning - Maria & Alma (15,) did an AMAZING job. My bathroom looks as clean as it did on move in day, the team took extra care to clean all my sticky surfaces… & dusted my vaulted ceilings! Even spot scrubbing gunk from my tile floors.

I broke a candle last night & it shattered all over my wall & floor. Yet another thing that I needed to clean up. I knew 5280 was coming for their first clean today… so I left it, thinking after the house was cleaned, I’ll get the mess. Maria cleaned it all up, good as new - never happened. It was spread all up the wall… nope, never happened. :)

There’s a spot that has been on my window sill for weeks & a magic eraser couldn’t get it, Maria & Alma got it. They even washed my dishes… my last local cleaning company didn’t touch dishes, patios, etc. These women went above and beyond. I am so pleased.

Maria took the time to get to know me a little & asked about my home… some of my frustrations with cleaning. All of those “little” things that really start to add up, & overwhelm me from wanting to clean - were all handled today. I am so pleased with my cleaning & with a great new company.

I would be so pleased if I could request Maria again. She was a blessing to me & really helped an overwhelmed mom reclaim some of her space.

We had been 5280 clients for years prior to the pandemic but cancelled our service when things were so uncertain. Then we never got back into the routine. Fast forward to 2023 when we decided to list our house for sale. Before showings started I knew i only trusted one cleaning company to do a top to bottom thorough cleaning. Despite their busy calendar, 5280 scheduled us promptly for our preferred day, the team arrived on-time and worked through each area of our home diligently cleaning every shutter, baseboard and surface. Thank you, 5280 for ensuring potential buyers see our home at its very best!

I wish it were possible to leave all the stars blank. This "service" is an absolute disaster! Not only did they pocket dial me the 1st day and confuse my client with someone else. The day before their scheduled cleaning date, they called my client (who cannot be left to handle such things due to her eyesight) to say they were two minutes away and she panicked. The following day, they were scheduled to arrive between 12-1. We waited & waited. At 1:15pm we called and Yvonne was completely confused. She scrambled leaving us on hold. Only to come back on the line saying someone would be here at 2. At 2:35 the doorbell rang. I informed them of the same thing I informed Yvonne. That I needed to leave at 5pm. So the 3 1/2 hour cleaning we were promised turned into a 1/2 way finished 2 hour cleaning. They used water on her unfinished wood floors. Left streaks on her marble floors. The granite was filthy behind the faucets and the stainless steel appliances were left with watermarks. Then this woman had the nerve to call and want to have HER pay for 3 people due to poor scheduling. She wanted to give her $50 off the price. I told my client 50% off was fair enough. One of the girls was amazing, we would hire her independently but never through this agency.

Have been a monthly customer for 5280 for about six months now and I’m never disappointed. Sonia and Elva are frequently the team that cleans my house; they are thorough and professional and I love how my house sparkles after they’ve been here! Thank you!

Angeles and Norma did a wonderful job on our house and were also great with our very hyperactive puppy who was very interested in everything they were doing - will definitely be using the service again!

5280 has been cleaning our house for over a year now. We are always happy with their service! We genuinely have never had any complaints. They always arrive on time, as scheduled. They are always so friendly. We keep the same cleaning team or same cleaning captain. They clean our house from top to bottom and we have never been disappointed! On their recent visit it was trash day. They went to take the trash out and they brought our trash cans in from the road! Talk about excellent customer service! Would recommend to anyone! Excellent service every time!

Update: We hired them back after a 6 month break. Today they outdid themselves. It was absolutely spotless! Thanks so much!

I can't help it, I really, really love these house cleaners. I've had other companies come in and they do an ok job, but whatever team they send over to me, they really do an outstanding job of cleaning my home. I had them clean last week on just a one off for Mother's Day, and as usual, they were prompt, and left my house spotless.

They do make me feel special, as they seem to do a lot of "extras" that other cleaning services don't do: Windows, window sills, cleaning my fridge, wiping out my washer/dryer, ceiling fans, baseboards, blind slats, under my bed...

They went above and beyond as usual. So glad I found them!!

Also, the office answers calls promptly, even on weekends to schedule. I appreciate it more than they know.

We had Alma and Lisy at our house this morning for our first cleaning and it's fantastic! They deeply cleaned our home from top to bottom - including smaller features like our spice rack, pot rack, and every inch of our windowsills. They were professional and thorough. I'm so grateful for the work they did to make our home so clean. It feels like a new home!

5280 was available quickly and did a great job on our move out cleaning. The total price did end up being slightly higher than what we were originally quoted, but they were very communicative about it and still much more affordable than other options we looked at. I also appreciated that they gave a quote over the phone, without needing a separate appointment. I would definitely recommend using them for move out or regular cleanings!

I have used 5280 House Cleaning services for a number of years and have found them to be consistently reliable with the highest level of service. Unlike my previous cleaning services, 5280 doesn't miss a day, communicates well, provides well trained and very friendly professionals.

Do not trust these people. I asked for an initial "Deep Cleaning" and they said "we do that every time" then quoted me $232-$261 so I scheduled the cleaning. Today they called to say they needed som additional time and wanted to charge me over $400 and I told her that is not at all what we discussed. They played the recording of the call where at the very end the sneaky people said a different dollar amount which I didn't catch and ended up paying almost double what I thought i was going to... to clean a townhouse also. talk about price gauging, false quoting and TERRIBLE customer service. I swear I better not find a crumb on the floor after paying this much.

Best cleaners hands down, every team is great! So thorough and complete with their cleanings, entire kitchen clean, bathrooms and floors always deeply cleaned and they even make our beds and vacuum our couches. You'd never know we have a dog. Our house always looks like new after they've been here. They're the best in Denver, by far.
