I've used several cleaning companies for my business. Unfortunately the quality and reliability has always been so poor I had to switch to having staff cleaning. That changed when I had to use Omni Pro when we were short on crew. That group is now our permanent cleaning source as long as they keep up the excellent quality. Super responsiveness and real people that truly seem to care about the end result. Hopefully they continue to provide great service, if not, I will update the review.

The tech, and I am sorry I forgot his name. Started with a D. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional and made quick work of cleaning my carpets. They look so good and I definitely will use your service again. I will recommend your company to any and all friends and family.

My technician was awesome! Very polite. Contacted me if he could come early, which was perfect. Did a great job on six rooms plus a staircase. He took a look to see if there was dog markings which I really appreciated.

Lu was AMAZING he was so friendly organized quick and best of all efficient. My light colored carpet looks brand new. It was 3 years since I moved in but today my carpet looks like it did when it was new 3 years ago.

Just had Zerorez clean my carpets. The Empire sales person recommended them two years ago because they literally leave no soap residue ( which often makes stains reappear). Yassine, the technician was the best. He looked at my carpet and made recommendations as to how to address my many doggie stains. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He explained the different process to consider but not once made me feel like I had to go in any direction but my own. He then worked hard and finished everything in a timely manner. My carpet looks brand new!!! I had some pretty bad dog stains on my landing, but not anymore!!! I’m thrilled!! Would highly recommend Yassine and Zerorez!!

Zerorez does an awesome job of carpet cleaning. Ron and I inspected the work areas, looking for any anomalies that may require special treatment. Then he put down the corner protectors and floor tile mat, and away he goes. Two hours later, our carpet looks like new again; ready for another year ( even though it's almost ten years old!). Ron did an incredible job! Thank you Zerorez!

I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and then again for dryer vent cleaning. Both times the technician was on time, easy to get ahold of, and friendly. I had great service both appointments and have no complaints! They clean up after themselves and do a great job. The online scheduling is super convenient and the pricing provided online has been accurate in my experience. I recommend Zerorez and am already planning on scheduling them again for duct cleaning in the near future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ aren’t enough stars for Zerorez! Best carpet cleaning company in the world. Jay showed up promptly this morning to clean my carpets. He was professional, friendly & did an excellent job! This rug is easily 25 years old, many animals have lain on it, many pukes & pees (hopefully only animals). Cleaning my upstairs, stairs & 4 area rugs only took about 75 ish minutes. If you are on the fence about carpet cleaning, go with Zerorez!!

So easy to book, able to give me an estimate, and was able to get it to a price that I was hoping to spend. Eric, who cleaned our cushions and area rugs, was very professional and polite and did such a great job. Definitely use him (Zerorez) again!☺️

My contact, Harry showed up on time, was knowledgeable, offered different options for a few different needs I had and did a great job. Spots I needed extra help on he got out without issue. And the shower grout cleaning was definitely worth it.

As always Zerorez did an amazing job. Alex arrived on time, was professional, and was very conscientious of my furniture and walls. What I love the most is the stains never come back like they have with traditional carpet cleaners!!

Day of the service I was a little nervous that it’d be loud and take a while as I work from home on phone calls… but the experience was quite the opposite! Quiet and quick!

Evan was my servicing rep and he was great! He quickly evaluated the house and provided great recommendations without being pushy. Was able to have an honest conversation to take the best approach and worked out a deal for me since my room sizes weren’t going to be hard to work with. He used corner covers as required, got the job done in about 30 minutes! I was very impressed with the results, and so was he funnily enough! My carpets had taken a beating but he made them brand new! He provided great support and instructions for post service handling. Evan made it easy to understand. I was so impressed with his friendly service, support, and tenured experience! We were able to chat about his time in the industry and I was impressed. His knowledge certainly showed!

The Zerorez company was able to honor me an additional discount for donating canned goods that they were using to donate to those in need around the thanksgiving holiday. Sweet deal and honorable thing to do!

The whole experience went better than I could have imagined. I was only able to do about half the rooms in my house, so I’ll def be using Zerorez again when I’m ready for the rest of my home space! Thanks again, Evan and Zerorez!

Great experience! Easy to schedule an appt on line and the constant communication is awesome! Our tech was punctual, considerate, efficient, professional and friendly. He did an awesome job! We'll be using Zerorez again in the future.

After the purchase of our new home in Lakewood, we were certain that we would have to replace the carpets, but we thought we would give cleaning them a try after Zerorez came highly recommended to us. We had heard they can really work magic, and I am here to tell you that the rumor is true! From the first phone call, their customer service representatives were always professional, knowledgeable and informative. They even got me on the schedule for just 2 days later, which was impressive! Our tech, Ryan, showed up on time and was courteous and did an excellent job. I really didn't expect much, I thought at best that some stains would lighten yet remain, but the carpet looks (and feels!) brand NEW! It is even soft and fluffy like I imagine that  it was in its glory days! Ryan managed to make my entire home smell better, but without any overpowering perfume scents. All of this for a very competitive price. I will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning services again. After the remodel we fully intend to have Ryan back to clean the air ducts!

Kirkland did a great job. He was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Our carpets and tile look like new! I will definitely use Zerorez again.
