We had Kirkland from Zerorez out to do our carpet cleaning today. He was communicative, prompt, professional and kind. He did a phenomenal job, above and beyond! (Got stains from my daughter’s crafting out AND cat unrine staining and odor). I HIGHLY recommend this company. Top notch.

Just had Zerorez come out and clean the carpet in my bonus room, hallway, and stairs, along with a pet deodorizing oxidizing spray—and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The carpets look fantastic and smell fresh and clean.

Mathew was the technician who came out, and he was top-notch. Super friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. He took great care to move around what furniture I have without bumping or scratching anything. He made sure none of his equipment left marks on the walls or banisters…really thoughtful and careful with everything.

He worked efficiently but didn’t cut any corners. Overall, just an awesome experience. Highly recommend Zerorez and definitely ask for Mathew Mitchell if you can!

This is the third time I have had Bill and zerorez out to do my carpets and upholstery. I can say enough about the quality of work and communication. I would recommend zerorez to anyone and if you are lucky enough to get bill as a tech even better!

The gentleman arrived on time, very friendly and respectful.
He did the job with care as if it was his home. My carpet looks like new .. The brown carpet is over 20 years old the yellowish beige is over 8.
Two bedrooms, living room, hallway and six steps were done. I caught a special they had. Their regular rates are reasonable also!
There is no strong chemical smell...just freshness. There is no sticky residue.I walked on carpet five minutes after it was completed. One of the photos show my foot on
They told me it would be a little damp and they were absolutely right.
NO SOAKING WET / SOGGY CARPET with these people.

Billy was our technician today. Very friendly, not pushy at all. We got the stain protectant and enzyme cleaner. We picked our bedroom for the service as we have never had the carpets professionally cleaned and wanted to try it on the room with the highest traffic. The difference is night and day. The carpet looks so clean and plush. Can’t wait to see how it wears over time but as of now, very happy with the investment.

Zerorez came to my house to clean the carpet on Monday about 0900. I heard water dripping down from my downstairs shower about 450pm, hours after the technician left the location. I called the technician twice but no answer. I immediately ran upstairs and noticed that my kids bathroom was flooded. I immediately placed about 10 towels to soak up the water and plunged the toilet. About 30 minutes later the water that was dripping through the light in the downstairs shower started to slow down. I called Zerorez and told them that I had no knowledge of the technician using my upstairs restroom. He clogged the toilet which made the toilet overflow and tons of water in the upstairs bathroom dripping through the light in the downstairs shower. It's Friday evening and Zerorez management has yet to return my Six phone calls about the situation. The receptionist told me that the kids may have done it or I have a bad float in the bathroom. I told them my kids have been gone from 0730 to 430pm and if it was the float I would have heard the water running. I told them my floats were replaced in 2025 in all my bathrooms. I called two plumbers who both stated floats don't make your toilet to overflow; it continues to run causing your water bill to be high. Both plumbers said the only way the toilet will overflow is if its clogged and the water goes out the toilet onto the floor. Zerorez Management hasn't done anything, and the receptionist keeps stating that management says I have a bad float. I continue to tell them my floats were replaced in 2025 and the plumber's said floats don't cause your toilet to overflow. The only things that causes your toilets to overflow is if something is clogging the toilet or stopping the water to go down. These are the pictures that I sent Zerorez but nothing from management as of yet.

Don't use Zerorez if you want you want to trust someone to be honest this is not the place. You'll be disappointed.

The only time Zerorez was concerned about was when they were trying to get my business, I received two emais, phone calls and texts daily until they arrived.

I give Zerorez 0 out of 0 stars. If you want someone trustworthy, honest or reliable DON'T USE ZEROREZ.

The technician came to my home to clean my carpet about 0845. The technician used my upstairs bathroom without my knowledge. About 5pm I heard dripping noises coming from my light (water dripping down the light)in my downstairs shower which is located underneath the upstairs bathroom. I immediately ran upstairs and noticed the entire bathroom was flooded with water and the toilet was running leaking waterontothefloor. It was too much water to mop so I immediately placed about 10 bath tiles down to soak up the water. About 30 minutes later the water from the downstairs shower light finally stop dripping.

I called the company three times for a response. I finally made my last call and the receptionist said that the technician said he never used the restroom in my home. I then told her I need to talk to a supervisor because nothing like this has never happened in the last Nine-years I've been living in this home. I. I would not recommend this company services for carpet or anything. There not willing to call back when you have problems with their services. When Zerorec was trying to get my business I received 2 texts and 2 emails daily until they arrived to clean my carpet. The manager is now trying to say it was probably my kids but that's impossible. My older teenage kids goes to school at 0730 and comes back after 430p. And we blocked their bathroom about 0700 and placed chairs inside because the carpet guy Carlos came at 0845. Now the technician told management that he used another bathroom upstairs and not the one that was flooded. I give this company 0 out of 0 stars, terrible customer service, 0 professional, BE AWARE Of THIS COMPANY

Our technician with ZeroRes, Jayshaun, did a wonderful job with our carpeting and with our white sofa. I had wondered if I would just have to replace the sofa because it just looked so drab and dingy. The answer is no! Just bring Jayshaun out to clean your sofa and you’ll be happy. He worked quickly and efficiently, and he’s just such a great guy to interact with as well. He also did a great job getting some spots out of our carpeting.

They did an awesome job last year but this year I can’t even get them to call me back with an approximate date. Several calls to them, no response. Time to find someone else.

I called Sandoval's on Tuesday on short notice to ask them to clean my windows by Thursday for a special visitor. I was impressed by the fast response, and they put a lot of effort into accommodating me. They were reasonably priced, cautious, thorough, and efficient. I will call them again.

They were transparent and communicative about cost: I was contacted for approval when the team needed more time to finish their work. Very pleased with the quality of the service and the friendliness of the cleaning team. Will book with this company again!

I've used 5280 House Cleaning since July 2021, but like another reviewer posted, the services have declined significantly in the past 6 months. I've repeatedly come home to one of my original oil paintings from Paris hanging off the wall, vases knocked over, and generally everything moved out of place. One of my grandmother's depression-era glasses was broken then hidden for me to find later. I had to spend two days refinishing the custom desk in my office because the topcoat of paint was significantly damaged and stripped down to the primer coat. There are divots in my wood laminate floors from where the furniture was moved. The arm I purchased to keep my LG washer propped open was broken and one of the parts was lost so I had to replace it. Several times I've had to call and pay for building maintenance to come by after a cleaning because the cleaners somehow managed to cut the power to both my built-in oven (twice) and jet tub (twice). The trim on my GE dishwasher is cracked, falling off, and the entire door will need to be replaced because they slammed the dishwasher door shut and the edge of the trim struck the adjacent false drawer which wasn't properly closed.

A month ago, I received a call from the office that one of the throw pillows on my bed was damaged. At that point, I shared my concerns about the service. Since then, the carelessness and damage got worse. Today, I decided to stay home and see if the results were better if I stayed in the house for the cleaning. I heard one of the team members dropping all my recycle down the trash chute instead of carrying it downstairs to the recycle bins - causing incredible noise and creating a risk that the chute gets clogged from unbagged waste like a pizza box. I sincerely hope I don't get fined by my HOA.

To add insult to injury, the cost of the services has increased from $184 to $216 per cleaning ($64/month or 17.4%), which seems to significantly outpaced the inflation rate and cost of living increases over the same time period. I will be canceling my service today.

They showed up on time, were very polite, professional and thorough. The main office staff was very nice and easy to work with to set up an appointment. They answered all my questions, and were helpful. I was so impressed (which is hard to do when it comes to house cleaning) that I ended up setting up bi-weekly appointments. The ladies at 5280 did an amazing job cleaning our new house. When we took possession after closing it was pretty dirty, and we didn't want to bring our belongings in until we felt comfortable with the cleanliness of the house. The 5280 cleaning team did a wonderful job deep cleaning every nook and cranny of the house and made it feel homey again. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a cleaning service!

I started cleaning my own house during the pandemic and thought I was doing a good job until I had Maria, Sandra, Sylvia, Norma, Maria (same or different? I'm not sure) Olivia and Gladys in to clean on three different occasions--a deep clean for the first engagement, a move out clean of our old condo and Maria, Olivia and Gladys just finished cleaning our new condo. They all did amazing work and put my cleaning to shame! They are polite, hard working and very kind to let me practice my Spanish with them! Highly recommend this company and these women in particular.

Good communication and arrived on time, but the cleaning service provided was subpar and very expensive. Scheduled move out cleaning, and only received basic cleaning that took longer and was more expensive. House was completely empty, but it took 3+ hours for 2 only to vacuum, mop, and clean kitchen of 1,900 sq ft house. Was told they started in the basement which took most of the time, but all carpet basement only needed to be vacuumed and have 1 small bathroom cleaned. Would only take about 30 minutes for 1 person. Spent $570 and still looked dirty as no dusting was done.
