The Team at Broom was great. They even accommodated us when we were outside they're service area, and sent us pictures documenting everything they cleaned when we were selling our house!

Excellent communication and stellar cleaning. The attention to detail they have when cleaning is outstanding, the fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs) were all sparkling, literally. Not the cheapest cleaning service, but like with anything, you get what you pay for.

Broom does a wonderful job in a very difficult house. I live in a 100+ year old house, with many craks, uneven surfaces and fine dust everywhere I also have a husky/blue heeler puppy that sheds fine & thick hair. I trust them fully to be in my house.

Very affable, they worked with me to setup a time that worked best for me. The 2 ladies who showed up were professional and did a great job. I only gave 4 stars because this was a move out clean and they missed my washer/dryer stack. Aside from that the apartment looks brand new. I’ll go here again

We love BROOM! They have excellent communication and allow us to change our days/times when necessary. Every employee we have interacted with has been hard working; they are all kind and accommodating to our young children, dog and cat.

This is not the first company I have dealt with for house cleaning, but it is the best. Very professional, shows up on time, and works around my schedule. I have never had any complaints on the work that has been done and they are reasonable with pricing when I need extra services performed.

Broom is great! They communicate really well and were extremely accommodating with my anxious Aussie who stayed at home while they cleaned. I was blessed with a clean, dog-hair free home when I got home.

Only a small handful of visits by their team, so I cannot rate five stars yet; once they show they stand the test of time, I'll gladly revise to five stars. Communication is a strength from sign up to soliciting for feedback after visits. Tya is sure to address any questions or feedback. The price is on par with, if not a little better than, competitors. And the flexibility of service puts them a bit ahead. If you've got a great housekeeper, Broom won't be an upgrade. I did not have one, so they are an upgrade in quality of work, consistently doing what we need, and general ease. Service reminders via text and online payment and service portal help too.

We've only had our initial cleaning but the ladies were great. Very attentive and careful. I worked from home that morning to let them in/ introduce, and I appreciated that the cleaner chemicals weren't harsh on my ears and nose while they worked around me. To add: We used the Cleaning Crew for a year before, and it got to the point were they'd blitzkrieg our house to clean it as a fast as possible (under 1 hour to clean but still charged us the 2 hour minimum) only to come home to find the broken sink faucets and light switches they left in their wake. I don't foresee this same thing happening with Broom.

We have had two cleans so far of our 3 bed, 2 bath. They are efficient but not rushed and easy to have in the house while we work from home. They do a better job than I would and it’s such a relief to have a clean house.

We've used Broom for a few months now and could not be more impressed. They have the best prices, handle all scheduling online, and are immediately responsive when we've had any questions regarding scheduling or anticipated cost. 10 stars!
