I found Brooms through a google search. Read some reviews and decided to give them a try. I am certainly glad that I did! They are awesome! There team is always on time, courteous, thorough, and fast.

We have been using Broom for a few months now, ever since they were able to come back after COVID. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They always wear a mask, take time to make the dog comfortable, and are very professional. We are very happy with Broom! Excellent quality service for the reasonable price.

We have been using Broom for a few months and absolutely love them. They were super accommodating of our schedule and it is so nice to come home to a spotless house after they’ve come. We have used other cleaning services in the past and Broom is a better value and does a much better job than their competitors. So glad we found them!

Tya and her team are fantastic! The communication was great, they answered all my questions and were able to schedule quickly. The cleaners were right on time and did a very thorough job on the whole house. One of my favorite parts about their team is that they are extremely pet friendly and I didn’t have to make arrangements for my dog to be gone or worry about if they would be inconvenienced by her; they were very sweet to her and able to get the job done with her there. They communicated well from beginning to end and left the house sparkling! I will most definitely be using them again and recommending to friends. Thanks Broom team!

Broom did a fantastic job on our initial appointment, and has been very easy to work with!

We used Broom for years and had a lot of great cleans. Over the last year we were with them they started missing little things, then big things, until finally I came home and couldn’t tell if they had been there or not. Having cleaning help was a luxury for us and we stretched our budget to afford it. We both have adhd and demanding careers, and it was the one thing we did for ourselves to try to keep our house calm and peaceful. After canceling and seeing that they didn’t even want to keep our business, I wish I had canceled years ago. I would prefer to do it myself.

I won’t ever use them because their salesperson completely ignored a no soliciting sign, rang our doorbell, and hung a solicitation on the door. If they don’t respect the outside of your home, chances are they won’t on the inside either!

I can't say enough good things about Broom Maids. Every cleaner that has cleaned my house has been through, professional, and have taken extra care to make sure my house was spotless. They also loved my cats and they loved them. I'm super sad they do not service my new address. Should they ever decide to, I will be their first client. You will never regret using them.

We have used CR Maids multiple times. For move out cleans and routine cleanings. They are always polite, timely, and thorough!

The two women who did our cleaning were extremely diligent workers, taking time on many details that are usually overlooked. They worked so hard and did a beautiful job. Very pleased.

We had our windows cleaned in and out and screens as well. They look great and our service provider was professional and friendly! We will definitely use them again!!!

Absolutely horrific. They came to clean the refrigerator at the end of the service they shattered the shelving and glass compartments placing them back on a GE monogram refrigerator. They took photos and said they have insurance and will pay for all the damages they caused. When Boldwel GE Monogram service came to give an estimate for the damages and parts needed to replace what they broke I sent it to them and they started to ignore and not reply back. I will have to go to court and file with better business bureau and retrieve the damages in court. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest and negligent. The damages are over $1000 from the items they broke and parts needed to replace.

Very thorough cleaning. Would have been five stars if the team hadn't been 30 minutes late.

Edit: Our one time original cleaning was on December 8th. It's now February 20th and in the middle of the night I got a text message saying I had "sent an inquiry" for another cleaning. I did not. When I responded no, I got computer generated canned response of "Great!" and a link to schedule.

Great service! Velma and Carmen did a great job. I will hire them again. Highly recommend.
