Dominick B. did a fantastic job. Good communication, timely arrival, and great attention to detail. He knocked out the basement suite and first floor (2 bathrooms, kitchnette , kitchen, 2 living areas, 2 dining room areas).

They asked for more time that I didn’t have but was shocked that after two and half hours my floors and baseboards weren’t even done for a deep clean. Nothing dusted. Just clean mirrors (I could’ve done that on my own and in less than two hours) toilet and stove. They sent out somebody else to actually do the deep clean and that man came outside after he was “finished” asking what was wrong the first time. When I started telling him what wasn’t done he asked if he could go back in because he also didn’t clean the baseboards. I’m sorry what? I let him back in but on the call I clearly asked if my baseboards would be done and everyone forgot? Twice? Maybe I have a different definition of a deep clean. All I know is a week after these “cleans” I’m still not sure what I spent $200 on. There’s a ton of cleaning services out there, maybe try a different one.

Kaity, Maddie, and Pierre did a phenomenal job! They were efficient, while also thorough. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a deep clean for their home!

Best cleaning we have had yet! There was a microfiber rag and some cleaning solution left behind, but the attention to detail in the bathrooms was much improved from previous cleans. Thanks Ebony!

The experience was professional, detailed and exceptional from the office to the cleaning! Gladly recommend to anyone! For a deep clean of a 2 bedroom 2 bath house it was pricey but worth it.

Excellent job done by Dominick. He was conscientious of our space, with people moving in and around while he was here. We have a golden retriever who has to get to know everyone who walks in the door, and he was very calm with her checking in with him. We appreciate the great work. I’m enjoying our clean home.

Gabriella cleaned our house for the first time today. It is a challenging Denver old house with lots of nooks and crannies. She has raised the task of house cleaning to an art and was meticulous in finding dust and dirt on top of picture frames and chair rails and hard to reach places as well as making all our bathroom fixtures look NEW! And she is cheerful and pleasant as well! We have had cleaners for a long time, but never as conscientious and positive as Gabriella. 5 STARS!

You know what's a great feeling? That my place is going to be clean and I don't have to put in a ton of effort. Baily C. has been cleaning my place for several weeks now, and they do a great job. Everyone I've worked with at Alpine has been thorough, responsive and easy to deal with. I'll keep them on for this place and hire them for my next place.

I have to say, for the incredibly high price I paid for a SMALL 2 bedroom 1 bath (900 square feet) duplex, it was probably the worst cleaning job I've had done in 25 years of owning rental properties. I paid SEVEN-HUNDRED DOLLARS for the job, they had to come back a 2nd time to work on what they blew past the 1st time and they STILL missed the outside of the tub, among other things.

We'll clean it ourselves next time, and save enough to fly down to Cancun for the weekend! This company is incredibly overrated.

EDIT: The owner DID respond to this review and refunded half the price back. It didn't change the initial experience I had with their service but it DID show they cared enough to address it. I'm adding 2 stars onto my initial review to reflect their working to make it more fair.

Appreciate the hard work Madeline puts into our home. She is quiet and thorough. Always on time. Very pleased with her hard work. Unfortunately, the company is a little pricey for not including windows & blinds.

I have been using Alpine Maids for about two months now. I am extremely impressed with the service. This is my first experience with a home cleaning service and I truly think it's worth every penny.
My main cleaner is Melany, who is just a delight. She's incredibly detailed and thorough with her cleaning and no surface goes uncovered, rather undusted. I have two cats who she is sweet with, but furthermore she is understanding with how hairy things can get. She's particularly good about cleaning around the litter box which as expected gets dirty. My home is on the larger side, and is a townhouse with a lot of stairs. The stairs can get hair and dust all over them from the cats and I swear each stair looks so clean when she's done. What I particularly noticed is that she will stay until the work is done and she is satisfied, which is incredibly professional and doesn't go unnoticed. I'm just super impressed...I hope she never leaves me!
Sometimes when Melany is out I have other team members. Karen and Kasey cleaned my home last visit and also did a spectacular job.
Overall this is a super detailed cleaning service- they even wipe down the light switches. They get into crooks you didn't know need cleaning. When I need something particularly cleaned, communication with the secretary side of things is also a breeze. They relay messages to the cleaners easily. Eve helped me out when I signed up and she was a pleasure to work with.
I feel like this is a team that truly takes pride in their work and it's taken a huge load off of my shoulders. Fairly priced, good people, and easy booking. Thank you!

If you're booking Alpine Maids (which you should), ask for Christian & Gabriella — they were amazing! So kind, professional, helpful, and meticulous. Our house is spotless and I'll definitely use Alpine Maids again because of them!

Incredible experience with Alpine Maids. Isaiah and Gabriella meticulously dusted, wiped, and cleaned every corner of my home on their first visit. The level of attention to detail they took to every nook and crevice was impressive and their professional demeanor was felt from the moment I met them to when they left 5.5 hours later.
