Daylon was able to breathe life back into my old carpets and I could not be more thrilled!!! He is a pleasure to work with! Professional, kind, and great communication/responsiveness. My carpets haven’t been cleaned in over 8 years 😬. So he definitely had his work cut out for him!! He was very meticulous and cleaned every square inch! Left my home with clean, stain free, and fresh smelling carpets! Would hire again in a heartbeat and would recommend to even my most detail oriented neighbors ;)

I have used Colorado Home and Office Cleaning twice now, both for move outs in apartments. Daylon is nothing but professional and does an exceptional job in an efficient timeframe. He is very responsive and always makes sure to check in on what you might want to focus on that day. He even helped me take a bunch of trash to my dumpster, which he certainly didn’t need to do, but was so appreciated. I will be returning as a customer any time I need an apartment cleaning!

I used this company for a move out and window cleaning and appreciated their efficiency, punctuality, and honesty! The pricing was affordable too, and Daylon even helped me move a few pieces of furniture which was a blessing! Overall, would recommend! 😊

Cleanzen did a superb job cleaning my apartment. I highly recommend their services—their professionals are helpful and reliable!

Kathy was great, communicated effectively with me because I couldn't be on site. She was friendly and explain her plan for getting the cleaning work done.

They answered on the first phone call, and I made an appointment. The Cleanzen Cleaners showed up promptly when they said they would. They deep cleaned my house better than anybody I had used prior. Easy process. I would highly recommend and plan on using them again soon.

Antonio did a great job of doing my move-out clean. The house ended up being dirtier than I thought after I moved everything out. He was extremely thorough and cleaned stuff I didn’t even think of like the HVAC intake

Do not use this company!!
If I could rate zero stars I would. I set up an appointment & prepaid for a move out clean, no one came but I received a text and an email asking me to tip them for the completed service. I was refunded due to no one coming. I then received a call that they had found someone new 2 days later so I set & paid for another appointment. On the 2nd appointment Antonio was over 4 hours late for our appointment then instead of cleaning he wanted more money without even starting the cleaning we had prepaid for and ended up not even cleaning anything because he felt it was more work than he thought it would be (normal move out clean, the condo was empty & mostly pre cleaned) so he did nothing instead of doing what he could for the money already given to him. This is nothing but a scam for taking money from people. They hope you'll be desperate enough to just pay what they want instead of honoring the prepaid appointment.

Kathy did a great job with our home. She was on time very thorough very professional and the house looked great when she was done. I highly recommend Kathy.

Kathy Fox helped me with a move-out clean last week and she was an absolute rock star. The fridge had never been cleaner and she even voluntarily helped me get my remaining belongings out as she cleaned behind us. If I stilled lived in CO, Kathy would absolutely be my go to cleaner!
