Nov. 2024: Could not have had a better experience. Matt was easy to schedule with, and answered all of my questions prior to scheduling. When he arrived, he was very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything he was going to do. He did a complete job from cleaning the dryer, to the dryer hose, to the vent, which is on a very high roof. He sent me pictures of the work he did while on the roof, so I could see it. (He also went me a picture of a broken tile on our roof that we didn't know about previously!) His pricing was very reasonable, and maybe even a little low given the quality of his work. I will definitely be calling him again whenever we need our dryer vent cleaned. The guarantee is really nice too. Thanks again Matt!

JAN 2026: Just had Matt here to clean my dryer vent again. There were some HOA-related issues with getting on the roof - Matt was great about working with me on this, and making sure the job was done well. I was impressed again by his professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness. He also gave me some great advice on things I could do to help my dryer work better. : )
