Amanda was great! she got right to work and left my apartment move out ready. I did have the place empty and pre cleaned so I was a little disappointed that she didn’t wipe down fridge. Despite that I would recommend to anyone.

James and his team were meticulous and left our home super clean. We're really grateful for their hard work and wish we had hired them sooner. They came on Saturday morning, which was great with our schedule.

Carol is one of the best cleaners I've met in A LONG time! She is serious about her job, and that's what I WHAT I expect and love! Sometimes I feel like people don't care or weren't taught how to clean homes!!!!

This was the first time I used Hygeia, and was completely surprised when I came home to a beautiful 100% clean home. I was a bit skeptical because I left keys under the mat and a note detailing what I wanted done - and was told I would receive a call with any questions, or concerns. My maid was great! Went above and beyond and was very thorough in her cleaning. I've never had a maid before and wasn't sure what to expect. I was really pleased with this experience.

I’m completely confused by my service...I walked in excited about my house being completely clean to only find the living room and kitchen were not touched...no mopping, no dusting, no use of the vacuum...leaves and pet hair literally still lying where I left them that morning.

When I signed up online, I signed up for my first cleaning and added on the deep clean option as well. “Included in all cleanings” per your website was not even followed. If that’s a policy you have for your employee, you need to do some further communication training.

After having to have my cleaning rescheduled TWICE, I was then rescheduled again and issued a refund. Well, that refund must have been the cause of the lack of cleaning in general. I also left a tip for the person had to bring my dog to a kennel for the day for an additional $ so that she could “clean” two bedrooms and a bathroom...

Seriously? What kind of business is this? You don’t care about people’s schedules and one of the times it was due to your person “taking her kid out on Halloween...” HUH? That’s not even a holiday and trick or treating happens after 5 pm...so she couldn’t come clean at say the original 2:30? This person left my house at 4:05 and I don’t even know how she killed that time since 2:30 cause she most certainly wasn’t cleaning my house...

They did not show on day scheduled, but were apologetic and then came 2 days later and cleaned windows at no extra charge. However, I paid for a 3-bedroom house cleaning and, while the common areas looked spectacular, only the floors & windows were cleaned in the bedrooms. No furniture was cleaned, trash wasn’t taken out, and beds weren’t made. When I first walked into the house, I was so impressed and thought I may continue using them, but after going to the bedrooms I was disappointed. Staff is also difficult to reach by phone - I called many times and always got a voicemail, though they’d text or call me back later.

Amanda was professional and through! My whole house is literally shining, my tub is cleaner than it was when I bought it!! Seriously so nice to have a wonderful service like this.. if you’re considering using this company I say go for it! Thanks Amanda for the fantastic job!

James did a great job on our house this weekend! He was professional, brought his own cleaning supplies and made a point to ask about things we would like him to focus on and then followed through taking care of it all! I would definitely use this service again!

I had Sherri come in and deep clean my place and it is exactly what I needed! Sherri was extremely thorough and super nice. She was such a hard worker and made my place smell so great! I definitely want her to come back and clean my place. Definitely worth having the company come clean!

Had my first cleaning with Hygeia Maid and I am impressed! The team they sent were responsive to my requests, had me check their work to ensure I was happy and satisfied, and left my home smelling great and looking shiny! I was so impressed I made sure I got on their schedule for next month, too!

I hired Hygeia maid cleaning company to clean my house, and we regret it so much. The cleaner Maria was rude and unprofessional. She threw away many of our personal products and food without asking me. When I asked her to leave her phone in her car, she refused and said she needed it for emergencies. She claimed that her life was in danger, and she couldn’t turn off her phone. I do not recommend this cleaning company at all. I also tried to contact the owner to complain about the cleaner and get a refund, but she never returned our phone call. She showed no respect or concern for her customers. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service.

James was able to come over and clean my place in the matter of minutes from booking! He was super professional and kind. He did an amazing job cleaning my house and made sure that everything was perfect before leaving. I was hesitant on using a new cleaning service at first, but now after meeting and seeing the work James has done I will 100% use them again. I will recommend him and this company’s to other friends and family members!

Rachel is professional and an outstanding cleaner. I prepped the house by moving everything off the counters in bathroom and kitchen. I made a list on the computer and printed it for reference of what we were looking for during our first deep cleaning with this company. She was so polite and came with all the green safe for baby equipment needed to get the house sparkling clean. We appreciate the steam mop that really helped restore our floors. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for what we paid for. We would love to continue service with such a great employee. This company should be proud of who is representing their brand. We are so happy I could not ask for a better staff all the way from discussing the job ago scheduling and the continued relationship we will have. 5 stars Rachel is the best.

After moving into a larger home, I knew I needed a little help with cleaning. Working from home means my work environment needs to be tidy and pleasant. So I did some google searching and review reading and landed on Hygeia.

It was easy to customize and book what services I needed on the site. I also set up a recurring monthly cleaning. Everything is digital and easy to navigate. Email and text confirmations. Good communication.

Kathleen, the woman I work with, is awesome. She is very detail oriented, careful with my space, and a pleasure to have around. I asked her to use simple green to be lighter on my senses and she was happy to. I trust her and so does my cat :)

Overall, I am pleased with the service I am getting and highly recommend for anyone considering getting a deeper cleaning to ease the burden of regular upkeep.

Oh and lastly, I love that the company makes donations to charities for providing feedback - thanks for giving back!

I set up cleaning with Hygeia Maid on a monthly recurring basis. They came by in October and the cleaner did a good job.

The business does not communicate about the monthly schedule. There is no website where you can see your cleaning schedule. They do not send a confirmation email ahead-of-time, instead they just charge your card the day before. If you are unable to be present for the cleaning, they charge a $25 fee for canceling. The lack of communication and schedule transparency cost me $25 and them a customer.

Erica did a fantastic job! My house looks great! She came a bit early, was super professional and polite, was good with the pets. I have a clutter issue, and while previous housekeepers have moved stuff around, she pretty much put stuff back where it was--which when it's not your stuff is not easy. Great service, very pleased!

I have used dashing maids for a year now so I feel I can accurately describe their work. It's good but not excellent. Customer service is great. I don't know how pricing compares to others because they are my first cleaning service. Quality: I say good because from a distance the house looks clean. But as soon as you look closer they miss a lot. They don't vacuum at the edges or just slightly underneath the bed or below kitchen cabinets. They wont open blinds to dust windows sills. They don't use strong enough chemicals on the toilets so they still smell and mine have overtime gotten stained. The 5 years I cleaned my toilets they stayed sparkling white. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with pets because you will find fur in the carpet. They do their normal routine without attention to details. Overall, they couldn't meet my expectations for a cleaning service.
