We had a wonderful experience working with Edgar at Ivy Street Design. He helped us transform our run down backyard into a beautiful, functional space that suits the character of our house and our needs. We get compliments from visitors and neighbors constantly. I can't recommend highly enough!

My wife and I went to Ivy Street for a design to improve our back patio. It was fine but basically a big expanse of saw cut concrete. It is now a beautiful stone patio with a water feature and much more green in planters and around the fountain. It also seems to be much more wildlife friendly, which we lover. We look out at it every morning and think what a great improvement it has been. Thanks, Ivy Street.

We worked with Nina in year one to replace our significant front sloping lawn with native xeriscaping. That year was excessively wet and muddy and some of the plants did not make it. I was so disappointed but Ivy Street worked with use to ensure that the plants that failed were replaced at their expense. They also consulted with us to make some wise substitutions. Now we are in year two and the garden is abundant, healthy, thriving, and we get so many compliments from our neighbors and passers-by.

Edgar did a great job with the plan. He worked with the landscape company to modify the plan as necessary. He listened to us and he and Hailey were always responsive. Edgar was always on top of the project making it easy and pleasant for us. Everything looks great. Thanks!

We worked with Ivy Street Design on a complete landscape redo of our entire 1 acre property. Our intent was to create a whole new look by tearing out almost everything from the yard except our established trees and reduce our water use. Ivy Street designed the yard, listening to our thoughts and choosing plants that were appropriate for different areas of our yard. They worked closely with the contractor that did the work and completed the project on time. Nina and Edgar were instrumental in the successful completion of the job. We're now moving into the spring of the third year and I know that this is the year they had originally told us would be the beginning of the plants really flourishing.

I worked with Ivy Street Design to create a space in our back yard where we could have dinner, entertain guests and watch movies, all surrounded by easy-to-maintain plants. Edgar and Kelsey were great to work with and came up with a fantastic design for our space. They gave us thoughtful recommendations to choose from, they were patient, communicated well and continued to check in often as the project moved from design through execution. Everything turned out amazing and my family is very happy with our new space.

Wow - what a team, what a knock-your-socks-off design. Two years ago we moved into a new build neighborhood where our backyard was a blank slate. Having done a backyard renovation before, we knew the value of good design and the level of decision-making involved in such an undertaking.

We spent a fair amount of time researching landscape design teams in Denver to find a team that would be creative in their ideas and thoughtful in their approach to phasing, contractor selection, plant selection and more. Enter: Ivy Street Design.

Our Ivy Street team (Edgar and Kelsey) delivered on our needs in so many ways: they created a comprehensive set of drawings and estimates, iterating several times based on cost and evolving preferences as we sat with their ideas; they went further to create a video fly-through of their design (we loved it - it brought all of their ideas to life and was a first-of-its-kind approach for them); they created a comprehensive plant look-book to help us visualize their list of recommendations (minor nit: if this could have had growing zones/watering needs/plant sizes/winter trimming and care instructions vs. just pictures, it would have saved me hours of doing that research myself); they provided 3 contractor recommendations, which led us to a contractor that was truly top of his class with regard to timing / budget / scope; when it came time to install the hard scapes they were out at our site regularly checking on progress and talking through any iterations needed; and on planting day they were here all day long working alongside our contractor to individually position every plant and tree to ensure the design did indeed come to life.

The team at Ivy Street design were such a pleasure to work with! We did a full gut renovation of our back and front yard with them. Kelsey and Nina did a fantastic job listening to what we were looking for in each space and came back to us with two excellent options for both spaces. They were able to incorporate all of our wants and brought other unique ideas to the table that we had not previously thought of. They were hands on throughout the entire project, and were patient and understanding while we worked with them through our design choices, guiding us along the way. They were attentive and present during the entire construction phase and had a great working relationship with our contractor. Their designs completely transformed our outdoor living spaces and we could not be happier, and are excited to see our spaces bloom and grow this coming year. I would highly recommend Ivy Street Design as you are in excellent hands with this team.

Ivy Street Design (and Colorado Design Build) just completed an outdoor overhaul at our home in Congress Park. We worked with Edgar and Nina, and could not be happier with how the project turned out and the level of communication during the process! Our yard is so beautiful and inviting now, but still understated and the design elements fit perfectly in line with style of our old home. I highly I recommend this team for any projects!

We had Ivy Street (Ian Ferguson) create a design plan for our front and backyard. Ian listened to our goals of redoing the spaces and created plans that exceeded our expectations. The backyard design was focused on creating more livable space and an outdoor kitchen. We did the backyard first and a year or so later contacted Ian on the front yard. He was able to adjust the front yard design to include changes that we wanted. During both projects Ian was available to work with the contractor and make adjustments as needed.
We are very happy with the designs and more importantly the outcome of the completed projects.

We were recommended to Ivy Street by local gardeners working on beautiful gardens who told us about this absolute gem of a design group. Nina was our designer and she designed the most beautiful garden for us. The kind of garden where people stop by and ask. And I've told everyone about this group. Highly recommended.

Great experience over the past year with Hailey & Edgar at Ivy Street Design. They were organized, easy to work with, and always responsive. I had an established lawn, mature tress, and some basic landscaping in place but needed help with filling in the gaps and enhancing the look. They presented several design options, made recommendations, and worked within my budget. We planted trees and shrubs last fall and recently completed planting the perennials. Everything looks great and I've received several compliments from neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

We chose Ivy Street for our landscape design of a small yard, and we love how it turned out. They were so easy and friendly to work with, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the design and the finished product (we used them to oversee the construction as well). We worked with Kelsey and Nina and loved both of them! Truly appreciative and highly recommend their team for any yard project!

Majestic was incredible! I got both my cars detailed and they were pristine. I dropped off right to his driveway in Glendale and he meticulously cleaned the inside and outside of them and I have two kids so when I saw the inside was *gross* I mean it.

We’ve had such a great experience working with Majestic on both our landscaping and home projects. He helped design our yard, did all the plantings, and has been taking care of the lawn maintenance—mowing, keeping it looking green and clean, and making sure the flowers look great. He’s super responsive, easy to work with, and always flexible with our schedule.

He also helped us inside the house—he created and painted a few beautiful accent walls, and totally renovated our bathroom, which came out amazing. He really knows his stuff when it comes to both outdoor and indoor spaces.

Definitely recommend him if you're looking for help with landscaping, lawn care, or home renovations!

Majestic did a fantastic job landscaping our yard before a big party. He worked quickly, was very thorough and his services were affordable. I will be hiring him again in the future.

Tierra Gardens removed approximately 250 square feet of dead sod and replaced it. They also removed a tree stomped by digging it out. I had them remove and replant my border garden with fresh perinatal plants; they made great suggestions on what to plant. I recommend them and will be using Tierra Gardens again.

Would absolutely recommend Luis to anyone looking for a landscaping job in the highlands ranch. He was extremely professional, started the project on time and finished ahead of schedule. He was honest and straightforward throughout the entire project. He’s team work round the clock and took time to answer all of my questions. The backyard looks amazing and am looking forward to working with Luis and his team again in the future.

Excellent experience with Luis. He replaced damaged fence posts and replaced a support beam on my upper deck. Responded quickly, did a great job, left the area thoroughly cleaned up. All at a very reasonable price. Was honest and told me what I needed and what I didn't need. I was thoroughly impressed. Will use Tierra Gardens for all future landscaping needs.
