Driver runs stops sign and then stops in middle of road to talk with co-worker ingnoring me behind him and that he just ran a stop sign and almost hit me.

Most rude individual you'll ever met.
My advice is to look elsewhere, you will regret your choice

No one returns calls or shows up when they promise. Nate is a no show EVERY TIME he promises. Terrible!

Apparently the "Nu Style" is laziness, being cheap, or incompetency . They have been contracted to do the landscaping in the Avion Connection community being built and if you take a brief walk around the neighborhood you will quickly notice that in half of the mulch and rock beds have weed mats and the other half does not . Where there is not, there are abundant weeds popping up everywhere . The weed mat coverage is extremely sporadic . Not sure if they plan on coming back to pull the weeds, or to re-do the areas that need attention . Either way, just disappointed .

They were contracted to do the landscaping in my new construction neighborhood. They were slow, tried to plant way too late in the season, didn’t finish the watering system before planting, so many trees died, some multiple times, didn’t check zoning so planted things that have to be removed, didn’t maintain after planting, etc. They were fired and shortly thereafter a pump for the watering system was stolen.

This is the rudest buisness owner that I ever met. Please never consider using this business.

One of their work truck ran through a neighborhood stop signs in Park Hill and almost hit me crossing. Clearly no concern about the places they service.

Follow up to Nu Style and their workers attitude. I walked outside and said “hey guys, can we please not have your equipment on the home owners lawns” as they were out there with buckets and coolers full of stuff sitting on the grass.
His response was “call my boss, he told me to park the truck here” I informed him I didn’t care about the trailer being there, he told me again to call his boss.

They’re doing landscaping in our development. Sprinklers have been on for 24 hours now after having them work on it for at least a week. The employees also have a habit of using my back porch as a loitering area and have them leaving trash on the porch. Even when I’m not home, you can see it on my cameras.

Laura was exceptionally helpful in describing the services that Nu Style provides and how they can work with me. Highly recommend!

Nate and Mike do horrible business. They block your phone number will not answer or call back, they promise things that never get done. This is a horrible company. The lack of urgency and lack of basic communication skills are appalling.

Mike at Nu Style promises the world when meeting with you to secure your business. However, the plants installed were some of the smallest I have ever seen. Some with only a single shoot or a 6 in diameter bush when a 5 gal pot should have yielded a much larger shrub. Several trees and shrubs died within 30 days and he partially replaced and said lets sees if the others take with more time.

After a winter where I watered each month faithfully I have soil erosion around house and next to foundation and numerous dead shrubs. Repeated phone calls for warranty work have gone unreturned.

Warranty work from Nu Style means get your checkbook out, buy your own replacement trees & shrubs and start digging.

My builder (Remington Homes) provided some shrubs/trees with the purchase of my patio home in Littleton and used Nu Style for most of their landscaping needs at the Cove development near Belleview and Wadsworth. Mike Moilanen seemed very helpful all thru the process. After final payment, a different story. I called the Nu Style office for warranty work a year later in April 2014. They said someone would call me back . A second call garnered the same response from the secretary. With my third call in June the secretary indicated that they were meeting with Mike regarding warranty work that week and they would get back to me shortly after. After my fourth call in June the secretary just said that she has relayed the messages and there is nothing else she can do. My fifth call was placed to Mike's cell phone in July and to my surprise Mike answered.

Mike's first comment was that he never received any messages , that he had issues with his secretary and had to replace her. He then had the nerve to say that the one year warranty was past and there was nothing he could do. After much discussion, he said to put all the warranty items down in an email and send to him. I explained that I had several shrubs that were mere twigs when he planted them in May 2013 and that they didn't make it thru the winter. Also I had several larger evergreens that didn't appear healthy and were losing needles (I watered all my shrubs/trees faithfully during the winter months) , they also were not staked since his foreman said not necessary but they became loose in the soil with strong winds. My gate latch didn't operate properly, I had soil erosion next to my concrete patio (he said this was the builders issue but he told me a year earlier Nu Style would cover this , otherwise I could have had Remington address at their one year warranty review). My ground road base for the walk way on the side of my house had more soil in it that ground asphalt and the rocks spread in the non grass areas was not much more than an inch thick. But I would have been satisfied with replacing the dead shrubs/trees.

I send Mike an email with the requested warranty work and two weeks later no followup from Mike. I placed a sixth call to Mike's cell in late July and he said that I was on the list for warranty work. In Aug two weeks later I hadnt heard anything so I texted Mike who responded promptly with a sarcastic reply that they were not just going to drop what they were working on and rush over to my house.

A week later I placed my seventh call to the office to see what date I was scheduled for. The secretary said that Mike keeps that schedule and she had no idea BUT she or Mike would get back to me. No response and hence this negative review.

As an aside, my neighbor to the east had 6 dead shrubs in the front that I can see awaiting Nu Style warranty work while my neighbor to the west needs her second round fixing her brick steps on her patio that have settled due to poor soil compaction by Nu Style. She held back 10% of the balance due in order to get the brick work corrected the first time.

I would not recommend Nu Style for ANY landscaping work !!!

We have used Nu Style Landscape for several years now on our new projects. I only have great things to say about Mike and his team. They have always been on time and the quality of work is 2nd to none! As a home builder and business owner your not going to make everyone happy and it speaks many words when they have been in business for approaching 11 years and they have only 1 bad review? Good Job Mike and the rest of the Nu Style Crew! We will continue to use and recommend you guys to all our buyers!

This company is responsible for plowing the snow on an adjacent street to my home. Multiple times they plow the snow over the curb and onto my front lawn and sidewalk. There are large gravel rocks and debris in the grass now and we’ve had to shovel the sidewalk snow from their plow pile. After a couple attempts to notify them of the damage (and pictures sent), they won’t even respond to remedy this. Poor customer service and management.

Terrible, they were the contractor hired by the builder for our new houses landscaping. We have had several claims for "warranty work". The work is sub-par at best but getting them to actually come out and fix it is the worst part. Ive probably had at least 10-15 no calls no shows for people to come and fix my landscaping issues. The customer service is terrible. Its been over a year since they installed my landscaping and Im still fighting to get them to fix the landscaping. Avoid at all costs.
