Had a scheduled appointment between 3-4 that the technician never showed up for. I called the same day and left a message and never received a callback. The next day I called and I was told that the tech didn’t have time yesterday when my appointment was scheduled. I really wish they would have called and explained this the day of the appointment. This was seriously unprofessional and Colorado Lawnscaping doesn’t deserve my business. I’ve decided to hire a new company.

We made an appointment with them and it took three tries to actually get them out here. They never called when they missed an appointment and after the first time we should have just gone with someone else, so that is our fault. Then after the service they sent the bill to our house but to the completely wrong name. We ended up with a $5 late charge because I thought the first one was spam and never opened it. The service was fine but there was a lack of accountability and professionalism that means we won't be using them again in the future.
