Steve and his crew did a fantastic job landscaping my front lawn. They were courteous and efficient and the price was right. I would highly recommend them.

Steve is great at what he does. I just referred him to a neighbor and would recommend him to anyone looking for a sprinkler guy.

DO NOT USE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Would not turn my 6 year old residential sprinkler system on said it was “illegal”. Wouldn’t work with me just kept saying it over and over until he smashed my cover and left. DO NOT USE

Have used for 10+ years. He is reasonably priced and efficient. Given age of my sprinkler system - he keeps its running.

I'm only giving Steve at Altitude Sprinkler and Landscape one star because I can't give him zero stars or take away those he has! Please do yourself a favor and lose this guy's number. He is totally disorganized and unreliable (didn't show up for a scheduled appointment and then blamed me that he didn't remember it), and worse yet, he's verbally abusive!!! I have never been so disrespected by someone I was trying to pay! Ever!

Great experience with Steve! Saw him helping my neighbor and I figured I would see if he happened to have time to look at my system. He got everything all set up and gave us some great tips on how to have the perfect lawn!

Steve arrived when he said he would, quickly repaired the broken lines, and adjusted the heads all around my property. Finally, after many other service providers over the course of 5 years, Steve got my system doing it's job. My lawn looks the best it ever has with no missed spots and minimal overspray. I couldn't be happier.

Steve has taken care of my sprinkler system for many years. He is very good about scheduling spring activation and fall turn-off, and quick to make repairs in between.

Unskilled and underwhelming. Unlike other negative reviews here, mine relates to the level of service/skill not Steve’s general professionalism. He did forget my appointment even though I texted him the information as requested. Fortunately, we were able to schedule for later the same day. After he turned on my system, we noticed low water pressure and some sprinkler heads did not come up but were leaking. Steve said he changed the broken mister heads that did pop up and suggested I contact a plumber. Discovered the next day that (1) he did not replace the broken mister heads and (2) the front valve box was overflowing with water. Had to hire a different sprinkler service that discovered the main valve in the box was turned to open (a relatively obvious fix for a professional) and a sprinkler head was cracked. It seems he was either incapable or unwilling to repair my system. I essentially paid $74 for him to turn on the water to my sprinkler system :-(

Steve came out to our house within twenty minutes of our service call (when we tried to turn on our sprinklers for the season, they didn't work at all), and was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. His rate for fixing our sprinkler system (including running to get a missing part) was extraordinarily reasonable, and he took the time to explain everything to us so we could keep it all going on our own. I was impressed with the care and time Steve took, and our lawn is happy to have fully functioning sprinklers! We'll definitely use Altitude for all our sprinkler and landscape needs in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Steve and Altitude Sprinkler and Landscape! They’re professional, work quickly and deliver on promised timelines. My husband and I chose to go with Altitude over the other companies we received estimates from because when Steve came out to meet with us and provide a free estimate, he actually listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions (suggestions that made sense for our long-term plans for our yard and saved US money), and his estimate reflected his understanding of exactly what we conveyed we wanted for our yard. When the project was finished, Steve took the time to come over and walk us through how everything worked and made sure we knew we could call him with any questions. Look no further for your landscape and sprinkler needs - Steve and there Altitude team are amazing!!

Derrek did an amazing job bringing my sprinkler system to it's full potential from it's current disastrous condition. He fixed several leaks, changed many heads to water saving heads, adjusted the heads and the timer. He went above and beyond to make my system 100 times better than it was. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DERREK at Altitude Irrigation!! He was awesome!!! I'm keeping this phone number forever!! He was so great!!!!!

Steve has taken care of my sprinkler system for 12 years. He most always is on time, calling if hung up on a job. A couple of years ago my dog pulled/chewed perimeter sprinklers. It would have cost quite a bit to replace them so Steve readjusted sprinklers in the grass to water the shrubs. He’s conscientious, gets the job done and honest.

Steve no showed me after double confirming he would arrive between 11am - 1pm. I waited for over two hours for him to arrive. I called him multiple times and he would not pick up or call me back. Incredibly disrespectful treatment. Please DO NOT hire this person.

Steve blew out our sprinklers and installed a backflow preventer for us. He was communicative, transparent, timely, fair in pricing, and professional throughout the entire process. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Steve has taken care of my sprinklers for years. He makes it easy. Every spring he gives me a call to get on his schedule for a turn-on and in the fall for a shutdown/blowout. Always comes when he says he will. Recommended.

Steve has been taking care of our sprinklers since 2018 when his team overhauled my sprinkler system and laid new sod. He is super knowledgeable, communicative, dependable and trustworthy. He always brings a tennis ball for my dog when he completes our spring and winter service.

Schedule with Steve and he no called no showed 2x. When he did show up he said we needed a new clock and recommended a specific one. I purchased for $180 and when he arrived to set it up he realized what he recommended required a plug and our clock is hardwired. He called an "electrician", which turned out to just be a friend of his, to install an outlet without discussing any options with us and expected for us to pay for it. He then left and never set up the sprinklers and won't return calls/texts.

Do not use. Scheduled to blow out two homes. Told me he was going to do both on a specific date and then never did work OR let me know he couldn't make it or work wasn't done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE.
