Although the project looked great upon completion, I’ve had some quality issues and questions about how to maintain the landscaping, that I paid 10k for, throughout the winter. Duane will not return my calls or texts on how to maintain the investment.

I should have known after the project was started without my consent. Duane told me he would be at the property at 9 am to discuss the project further. The whole crew was there at 7 am and began digging and ripping up my yard without any contract being signed. I told him to go ahead but now regret it. Steer clear of this guy.

We had a wonderful experience with Duane and the team at Wild Irishman. Our yard was overgrown and unruly after a few seasons of neglect, and Duane and his team brought it back to life. The quality of work is excellent, and they checked (and double checked) their work to make sure all irrigation lines, etc., were working properly and that they addressed all issues. Highly recommend these guys for any landscaping needs!

A huge shoutout to Wild Irishman Landscaping. They have been working on my neighbor's yard on several projects: hardscaping, xeriscaping, retaining wall, sod, flagstone, mulch, etc. We have been admiring their work as well as noticing that they have done a lot of extra work to make our neighbor a happy customer. Very impressed by the quality of work and the level of effort from the workers on an everyday basis. Today I was out trying to level out/remove some dirt from our hellstrip to install some new sod and Duane came over and asked if I would like some help as he thought I was working too hard! He brought his crew over along with their excavator machine and within 15-20 minutes they had had completed removing the mound of dirt I was trying to remove, graded the area and prepped it for our next steps for sod installation. They literally saved us several hours of work! So grateful for Duane and his crew helping us out today!

I used Wild Irishman for a landscaping project. What impressed me the most was how quickly it was completed. From an estimate on Friday to a completed project on the following Monday. Nice crew, good quality work.

When looking for a spring clean-up, I contacted Ace of Spades. I used their website, which both advertises and provides a specific option to request a one time seasonal service. Zack responded by offering me a couple of somewhat overpriced weekly maintenance plans. When I explained that I just wanted a spring clean-up, he said they only provide that service to their maintenance clients. Pretty disingenuous.

Highly recommend! We’ve used their Royal Flush winter service and are excited to continue on to spring and summer. They’ve been great and super reliable.

When I bought my new house the yard was terribly neglected. Now I have one of the best looking yards on the street thank you Ace of spades

I did not get to do the necessary yard work in April & May. All the planted areas were a mess. These folks cleaned it up, gave me fantastic suggestions for lots of new flowers, planted the flowers, thinned out overgrown areas, and mulched everywhere there was no rock. I’m going to use them again for a large stump removal and rebuilding a flat stone and crushed rock walkway. They were efficient, hard working, and totally cleaned up every area where they worked.

July 2022
I had AoS design and plant a Hummingbird Garden which was finished in May 2022. (35 mature flowers) It's beautiful, and attracts Hummingbirds, butterflies and Honey bees. They also did a Spring Clean-up similar to 2021. They took great care to cut and clean-up without affecting any of the established perennials. The ornamental grasses were cut down perfectly.These folks are GREAT.

Ace of Spades Gardening, aka AOS, sent out fliers thru our OverLook at Park Hill community and I signed of for their services this summer. Unfortunately, I have been overcharged, more than once, for services Ace of Spades did not do! Britta and I spoke about this several weeks ago and she said she would to speak with Zach, as he is the person who charges their clients! She also said she would just do my back yard, that has little to nothing to cut and not charge me because of the prior weeks $10 overcharge! Well Britta must have forgotten because Zach charged me another $20, which was a clear $20 over charge! Ace of Spades then charged me another $20 dollars last week but did not come at all per my request because my small lawn just doesnt grow fast enough for a weekly $20 charge! I have reach out to AOS several times but can't seem to get a call back👀 I've also called their local 720 number and spoke with a young man who said his name is Thomas, but Thomas can only reach Zach via text and Thomas told me he would text Zach and have Zach call me, several times! However, Zach has not called me Yet! It's so frustrating when you set some of these small vendors up to be paid via ACH drafts from your bank account and they don't do the work, but draft your account anyway. I'm getting the feeling AOS management is hiding behind Thomas, who takes the calls for their business, as no one from Ace of Spades Gardening has called me back and Ihave left several messages with Thomas as well as several text messages!! I guess I need to speak with Josh! If I dont get a resolution soon I'll have to go to the Park Hill community Neighborhood chat to let my community know what Ace of Spades is capable of. If that doesnt work I'll work with the BBB to try to keep this type of fungus from spreading throughout our community!

After seeing the quality of work that Britta does at our neighbors, we hired AOS to do a spring cleanup on our yard. We have extensive plantings, shrubs, and gardens, and needed some help to get it all done. Now, I am a very particular person, and have high expectations of people or companies that I do business with. Well, I was not disappointed. Rather, I was thrilled with the job that Brit did in our yard. She took all the care that I would have taken if I did the work myself! It was exceptional, and we are completely satisfied with the excellent results! Thanks, AOS! And especially, thanks, Britta! Nicely done!

AOS Team Josh and Britta did Spring yard cleanup which included trimming of shrubs, leaf removal in perennial beds, cutting back over grown ornamental grass plant. Our front and backyards look great!
They were detail oriented and did a beautiful job. They are very respectful of the property.

I recommend this service to anyone looking for a comprehensive four season turnkey solution at a reasonable price. The staff are all polite and responsive. They go above and beyond in keeping my property looking good.
